We will have an update very soon as our tech dept is looking into all the issues known.
Regarding the questions about the Raspberry Pi included in the product description of the Fury, we will be honoring all orders that included the Raspberry Pi in the description. It was a typo in the product description, but we will make sure all our customers are taken care of!
Sorry for the confusion and have a wonderful day,
The GAW Team

G-glade hash rate fluctuate wildly and going down a few times a day.
yes I get this issue a lot as well, please fix this especially for those who rent out on leaserigs Using worker difficulty 16, 32 and 64 make the blade very unstable (too many errors force reboot apparently). The blades are much more stable with something like 1024 difficulty. I think the problem lies with pools that don't allow you to set the miner difficulty, or don't use VARDIFF properly. So set a higher worker difficulty, or use a good pool with VARDIFF. If it were possible to change the error tolerance for reboot, that would be great. I don't know if that's hard-programmed into the controller, or if GAW can allow us to set a limit. There seems to be something with the blade that causes errors and reboots when getting lots of small work very fast, versus less, higher-difficulty work. Power issues:(?) There have been several times when my blades will get stuck in a reboot loop, even at higher work difficulties. I've emailed support, and they say, "It was a power issue", and usually the blade comes back online, apparently after they tweaked something. Other times, 1/2 of the blade is down, while the other half is just fine. Rebooting only makes that good half come back up again, while the other half is still down. This happens often. Eventually (hours), the other half comes back up. Not sure if GAW has fully implemented their "revamping of the blade's power delivery for all effected blades", or if it is just selectively done. I'm guessing all of the blades suffer from lack of proper available power, and that GAW hasn't updated the power delivery for every blade- just those that people have complained about. This guess is from the observation that others also are still having issues, and that I get 1/2 of blades that won't come back up after reboots, or blades that won't reboot. It's possible this is due to poor blade design, or the controller. It would be nice to know that GAW has upgraded the power delivery for EVERY blade, so that this can be ruled out, and not just for "those blades effected by a power delivery issue". I think I still may have power delivery issues on some of my blades, manifested as reboot loops, or half the blade staying stuck. Anyone else seeing the "1/2 stuck blades", or infinite reboot loops? We are working on this issue, and should have it resolved soon.

Bought a Falcon, this unit looks amazing! Have a feeling I'll be soaring to new heights with the Falcon! I expect many months of fine mining.

I want to buy a War Machine Miner from you. It says it uses ~1280w. Does this have the ability to accept (2) ATX Power supply connections? I have (2) 750w Psu's I could use for this if so. 1500w PSU's are hard and expensive to come by. If not, is there a way for me to buy (2) of the 27mH miners at the same cost as one of the 54mH ones so I can power 1 on each 750w Psu? Thanks -- Please respond asap cause I want to get my order in EDIT: It looks like the unit is powered by (4) PCI-E connectors that are 8pin. I gather it would work if I bridged 2 PSUs. I didn't want to wait so I placed my order for it lol. Hopefully my (2) PSU's will work

I want to start by trying a furry.. A bit confused - the week 1 seems to be a 'shippable' item based on the description, but the week 2, week 3 'say Hosted" in the description.. If I buy a week 2 or week 3 how do I go about getting this shipped to me? Do i have to do something different during check out?

Does Buy-Back literally only apply to the old 10-gridseed orders who want to "upgrade" to a Blade? What specifically does "Price Protection" entail? Store Credit? Cash Refund? How long are they protected for (30 days, 60 days)? I see this question was asked by many on here, but is there any page that describes the specifics?

"If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item."
I don't see this option on any of my orders. How do I return items?

+1 Yeah the Buy-Back clause in the "Founder" page isn't what we think it is.. I would like an official word on this as wel - it appears the GridSeed blades are not under this buy-back in "Founders" fundamentals. So are we just stuck with the Blades ?

A week after receiving two blades from GAW, Zoomhash now has them for $1100. Is there price protection there?

Guys, I am aware of what's happening. I am just as pissed as you.
I am going to give Gridseed the opportunity to do the right thing and support us in making things right to those that recently ordered.
I will be back to you shortly.

Great question! How about dropping the price on your "left-over" inventory for those of us feeling the burn? You help us out by letting us average down and we help you out by taking the stale inventory off of your hands.

How does your 1mh/s Fury work? There is no info. Does it just plug into windows computer usb port and get internet from there? Does it need a pi? Does it have an ethernet port? You guys REALLY need to post more detailed info on your new GAW miners. Will it run normal cgminer or sgminer?
