Now in some countries government divide people into vaccinated or unvaccinated. Unvaccinated can not even enter a shop. This is just an example, but this is an awful discriminations.

Now the vaccines are available in necessary quantities and those who refuse to get vaccinated are doing so out of their own choice. And further to add, the daily vaccination rate for Ukraine is 0.3 per 100 (as of 13th September 2021). That means that it will take another 600 days to vaccinate the remainder of the population (since each individual requires 2 doses). So I have to say that your expectation of 50% fully vaccinated population within the next two months is overly optimistic.

Well that is a statement that what is developed is a very large business model, if they are already giving the dates it is obvious that they control everything, in fact, my personal opinion is that this virus was created, and they have total control of it. what they do, but I think that there is no control anymore because every time a strain is controlled, another much stronger than the previous one comes out, and as they go in the 3rd vaccine, in order to protect, I imagine that as they are experimental vaccines, in the long run term will have side effects that are not yet known.

It can be predicted. When India was hit by the second wave in April/May 2021, some of the analysts had predicted it a couple of months back. So depending on the pattern of new infections, skilled analysts are able to predict new waves. Just because the number of infections have subsided, there is no guarantee that the virus has suddenly become inactive. The danger is always there and more so nowadays because the vaccines are having an efficacy for only 5-6 months and offer limited protection against the delta variant.
