Anyway, I also facing a sync issue transaction for Deposit with Bank Transfer. I pay with SCAN QR code, comparing like Marketplace with QR code payment the sync deposit is not really fast enough.

Also, even the deposit information is correct sometimes the deposit is not credited.

It is about preferences only. In this case I'm more familiar with Pragmatic and Play n Go compared to the other available providers in your casino. Frankly speaking, I was a gambler who like to try new providers that I have never tried before but I have changed now (since months ago) due to some reasons so I'm not that attracted to play slot games that I'm not familiar with now. I have no specific criteria, it is about preferences based on experience only.

I think you can use other name aside from your real name, maybe nicknames for example. I also think that those requirements are of course with fiat currency since you'll be needing your bank account on doing that.

Ok, thanks for the response I never know the campaign started long ago and the new BTC paying campaign is a continuation of the old one I see this thread started in the last year 2021 which points to how long the casino has made their presence here in this forum.

Level 1 KYC details is required during registration at BK8 casino. But I would like to know about the further process of KYC verification at BK8. I have asked the live support about this, but they aren't willing to give the details of it. However, I have realized that the whole thing will depend on the request of casino team. I was unable to find the information about the KYC requirement on their T&C page. Does anyone know where they mentioned about the KYC/identity verification process (as example: we reserves the right to...) in their terms page?

The thing is, I quite often get calls or chats from beautiful girls to promote their casino site. It's been happening a lot lately where I'm blocking more of that number because it's annoying.

The same thing can be done by this site to improve the user experience in its casino with various offers because the site users have to enter their phone number. Obviously I think that's great, but sometimes it's a bit annoying when they initiate calls during works hours. Instead of making direct calls, I prefer them to email or chat if absolutely necessary.

Are they really active in calling those registered phone numbers? Maybe, they only call if they deem necessary and verify some details. I know, some sites are indeed requiring phone details but I don't think they are actively calling those numbers. But anyway, if the casino is fiat-based and you are using your fiat, I believe those details are necessary for some verification purposes.
