I don't think you are wrong.  Moreover, I have no doubt that the devs of this casino calculated everything exactly and clearly when they chose this particular method of assigning vip status to a player.  Only in this way, it seems to me, it is possible to make sure that a player who has reached such a level confirms this status for as long as possible.  But the bonuses that this status provides are also important for the player. 

And in general, it seems to me that BK8 generally has a rather high-quality and thoughtful approach to organizing its business in gambling.  No wonder it has been successfully operating on the market for many years.

I also think the market is very competitive. 
Not only Stake is a successful and global casino at the level of the whole world.  Of course, to compete with such major players in the gambling market, you can only really come up with some kind of marketing moves all the time and all the time offering players more and more interesting offers.  Including interesting and thoughtful programs for VIP clients. 
Of course, I am not a strong specialist in marketing and promotion of such a service as online gambling, but I know from my own experience that if a casino constantly offers some kind of promotions, bonuses, small gifts to players and other ways to encourage players, and this is done continuously, for example, once a month or even more often, then such marketing techniques make players go to the casino site more often and play, play, in this particular casino.

I understand it because I have experienced in some pure local IDR casinos as well and most of the available providers are the same as what I can see in BK8.
However it does not mean that it is impossible to add those other providers and I believe that adding those providers is a big benefit for BK8 although it will take more time to introduce the providers to Asian players.

Then I contacted the support team and then said that I was late claiming it this means that manual claims are needed

Yes, here the VIP system is different from other casinos because it is calculated based on the total deposit for a month while in other casinos it is calculated based on the total wagered, now I know that @ryzaadit keeps his deposit around $3400 a month right? by the way, what is your highest level here, Silver or gold?
