Previously, I have never experienced losing the 2FA code but now I don't save Rollbit's secret 2FA code while the 2FA code is still active at the extension.
I really can not understand your post. How 2FA code can be active at an extension? What I mean is that I installed Google Authenticator in the browser (extension) the 2FA code is still there, but the Secret code is not saved because I forgot it first. I’m tryin to understand this and what I’ve got so far is that, Though you have your Google authenticator patched into your browser for an extension file, it’s secrete key which is usually used in activation is missing, is that it? If that be the case, I think the secrete key is only necessary during activation on a new device and should the extension still be attached to your browser, you should be good even then, pending transfer to a new device I mean.

Google Authenticator has a QR code and authentication key through which you can accept your authenticator on different devices. And Google Authenticator has an automatic backup in Gmail, so if you can log in to your Gmail on any other device, you will get access to those authentication codes there. So there is no reason to worry too much about Authenticator. And even if you completely lose your authentication, you can reset it from the platform through your KYC document. And that is why you should always use a trusted site for gambling that will give you complete security in all respects.

I filed a complaint against them at Casino Guru. At first they responded, saying they would send evidence. Then they stopped responding. And the complaint was closed as unresolved. They don't respond here on the forum either. What else should I do?
6 months? Damn! That is a long time and it basically implies that you are not going to get your money regardless of whether you really have multiple accounts or not. They should have been more transparent with their findings though. For example, they could have shared the names of the other accounts that you possessed with you in order to clear any confusion.

In your experience about casinos, have you seen any that show such evidence in the past? That seems like revealing sensitive information that people might learn to evade in the people. The problem is that many gamblers does not real the TOS of casinos, some do but deliberately chose to be obtuse. Most casinos state in their TOS that they have the right to terminate the account of anyone seen to be violating their TOS of which multiple account is one of. There are various mechanisms casinos us to confirmed multiple accounts and that is not what they can share in public. In conclusion, Rollbit is too big to scam someone of $1,263, that is not up to what they give away monthly in their X account.

Rank isn't everything. Most victims(Legit and Scammers) who present their cases in this forum are newbies which makes sense since they only signed up to try and find some sort of remedy to their situations. I will give the user SOME benefit of the doubt, but I would probably start believing him/her if a trustworthy member in BitcoinTalk would vouch for that user. OR if the campaign manager stops the campaign because he/she doesn't want to be linked to the dishonesty of the service.
How would the users who just signed up to resolve their situations know trustworthy members of this forum? Evidence matters more than vouches in this context.

The problem is you have not been a victim before, so you think everyone whose account is blocked is a cheat or dubious. Haven't you seen user issues get resolved after creating a complaint here or on those platforms? I can list 3-5 similar issues here that have been resolve after the user had previously been accused of having multiple accounts. Don't always look at things in black and white.

Actually there's that always the probability that these newbie accounts could also telling the truth because not all gamblers on such platforms do know this forum but its just that hard to believe that this forum isnt known into those people who had been that dealing up with a crypto site. We cant be able to deny or blame out the community on why they would be always that having this kind of approach or making up some conclusions that these newbie accounts are just that trolling or just wanting to mess up these credible websites or legit or long time running. They have some issues in the past but they do resolved it out immediately.

Let's all AGREE that reputable casinos represented by trustworthy campaign managers are NOT trying to steal from their users. The mere suggestion of that by a newbie/brand new account is LAUGHABLE. But Rollbit really need to go here and explain about what happen so that people could also read their side.

Rollbits have a history, always 100% response. Just list your account (multi account) bla bla bla from my perspective is annoying, why ?. I mean, they making accusation to the user why not them just making the list with some IP + device information? why the user it self needed to share. We all know, these kind allegation basically like law things. Never admitted anything or saying anything even you're wrong. So, even some user make some activity againts the term & condition or not (off course they're not gonna to admit). The only way to solved these kind of situation is using third parties like Casino Guru cause the casino will stick with their argument and meanwhile the user will be the same. But, seeing the casino guru "Rollbits" are the one kinda wrong from my opinion. I mean we seeing this from third parties side, not from the casino or user side cause the user just needed to give the story + send the requitment and same with the casino. The mediator will taken the conclusion.

Do you actually believe that RollBit is trying to scam this user? Yes or no? I don't know, that's why I asked since we haven't heard/read about their side of the story except just asking the user to list his alt accounts over and over again. The other several similar cases have been resolved, but this particular guy has been kept waiting for 6 months, which is rather peculiar. Or are you actually saying there's a "small possibility" that the casino wants to scam him/her?
Again, I can't tell for sure since I have no access to their systems.

It's a situation that we simply don't have the WHOLE story.
- RollBit - a reputable and trusted casino prevents the user from making a withdrawal + asks that user to list all of his/her other accounts.
- The user claims that he/she doesn't have other accounts.
That's the situation, and how do casinos come to a conclusion that a person has more than one account?
You pretty much admitted to the fact that Rollbit have been unresponsive to this user's situation thanks to which we don't the full story and that itself is the problem that some of us pointed out. Blindly trusting any company regardless of how popular they are is just silly. Rollbit clearly needs to improve in the customer service department period.

After they read the TOS and know that they violate something they better accept the fact that they encountered those issues due to the mistakes they have committed and they better learn from those mistakes since acting weird like becoming a troll would not help their case also they won't get anything if they do crazy actions.

I do not buy into what the both of you have said, that is you and odohu, any external body reading the comment of both you will sense that you are siding with Rollbit, and what will further confirm this assumption is the fact that you are both wearing a Rollbit signature.. In a matter we are not very sure if the casino we are promoting is right or wrong, it's best we try as much as possible to appear neutral in our comment, lets not give readers the impression that we are siding any party in the case. And as a matter of fact, Rollbit or any other casino including stake can scam any one off any amount of money if they want to, never assume that a casino is bigger than a scamming people off a certain amount of money even if it's $1, now, imagine a scenario where a casino unlawfully or illegally takes $1 from the account of each of their user up to 1 million users, isn't that $1 million dollars? You may say "it's just $1, the casino is bigger than this" and the next person will say the same, and the end, the casino has successfully gained $1 million dollars unlawfully. If a user is found and accused of operating multiple accounts, if the case becomes serious and warrants the casino must provide evidence, then the casino will have to, there will surely be a way they can provide evidence without revealing any sensitive data.
