The image you shared is simply an email from Michael Rollbit support telling you that you are banned from the casino, if you want anyone to help you, kindly share your chat with the support where they stated the reason for your ban. They mentioned you circumventing their rules such as geographical location, was that your offense? Kindly share more details because Rollbit cannot ban you for no reason.

I tried requoting your image so others can read but im getting some proxy error, maybe itll show up for some people. Reason why the image doesnt show up is because you are a newbie and images are disabled from loading and someone needs to reply to your quote for others to see.

That's the problem they did not tell me the reason for the ban, just that I'm banned.... and they do not answer anymore :| the whole thing it's a scam.

Don’t know why you didn’t get any specific reason though as per why your account got banned but, there is obviously going to be some reason and i think you ought to have been hinted on it.

Something I don’t understand though, why going back to gamble on your account after asking them to froze your balance just an hour after? It doesn’t tell well of you as per gambling behavior and you really didn’t have to wait till you liquidate your balance being realizing you ought to have ended the gambling session.
