I actually do agree with you, and understand the point you make about spreading it out gradually instead of forcing big wagers at once. Spreading out the wagering over low house edge games certainly makes the task more manageable.

But for me, the part that still actually matters is consistency, wagering $100 per day for 30 days is not necessarily  aggressive but it's still time consuming, it also requires discipline and not everybody can actually maintain that though. Some people don't play every day, and others may not be willing to bet every day, even if it is low risk to meet a goal. Mostly people like myself that is always frightened every time I place a bet, most times it will even stop me from placing a bet even if it's a small amount.

Because even if the amount am gambling with is low, there is still risk in the long run.
