I have a monthly budget, and I never get over it. In fact, I usually have some left over from that $100/month that I'm spending on gambling sites. Also, I only play on my days off at work, which is only 1 day a week. I just gamble to kill time and have fun whenever I'm at home and chilling or preparing for work. I never had any issues or problem controlling my spending nor my time on gambling, as I know full well the consequences of my actions. Even if I live alone and pretty much have a lot of spare cash to blow on one gambling session, I choose not to, and see to it that I never treat gambling more than the pastime that it has been for me for the last few years.

gambling is not different on other things and we must set a limit to it because we need to do other task in our life  but addicted gamblers can spend more time in gambling because they dont have a life .
 this is not a problem for the gambling operators because all they provide is entertainment and extra profit but its up to the gambler if he will let himself consumed by gambling.
 it becomes a problem for gambling operators if they are illegal and no age restriction

My bankroll management is long-term, much better cos it allows me to allocate a % of the bankroll in a certain number of games throughout a sports league/season. I prefer this over a fixed budget for a short period of times as i wouldn't be tempted to make tons of unnecessary or low value bets simply cos i wanted to quick make profits in just one week or month. Having a weekly budgets is ok for recreational players

- Yeah, it's zero, but I play free games every day and usually make a few hundred dollars per year from them. There are a couple of sites in my country that offer weekly contests which unlock free sports bets and I usually enter & win at least one of those each weekend.
- I've lost money on certain games like poker in the past and luckily been able to cut it off instead of trying to chase losses. It leaves you feeling a bit stupid and sometimes bitter thoughts creep in that the game is rigged, it's better to leave if those emotions start popping up.
- It takes five mins tops to play those free games and sometimes look up bets to place when the weekend competition selections are successful.
- I went to a casino a few times and it was enjoyable, usually play online solo.
- Luckily been able to control any addictive tendencies, however I can see how some people get hooked on the adrenaline rush that comes from big wins. If it stops being fun, it's best to move on.

These are actually good parameters to follow for every gambler, even though someone is not an addicted gambler. I don't have any such things to follow because I usually gamble to relax somethings. I just don't look at gambling as a money making opportunity and for the same reason I don't loose a lot of money. I pull myself out from any games where I keep on loosing money.

Problem gambling is mainly linked with the wish of making money out of gambling whereas online casinos are not really a place to make money!

As I am not an addicted gambler, I didn't set a budget by week. But frequently I use a part from my extra income to play my preferred bets. I don't remember that I went over that part .

I only do the three first points that you bring, I do not gamble every week but if I feel like doing so then I immediately set up a budget and never go over it, I also have a time limit on how much time can I gamble, and obviously getting into debt is completely unacceptable, I do gamble socially but I do not have any kind of problem gambling in an online bitcoin casino so that is not something that I do, and since it is obvious to me that I have control over my gambling because I keep detailed records about all the money that I have spent in the activity then I do not really need the help of someone else.

I rehabilitate myself before from gambling addiction and today I am still playing gambling but it is rare nowadays. I don't play gambling on a scheduled basis anymore, I am playing gambling when I just feel it, More like a past time I guess. I think I can prove that gambling isn't my priority anymore. I don't have a time limit on my gambling time but as far as I can tell it can average around 2-3 hours per gambling session. I also have allocated money for each gambling session and It doesn't cost much If I compare it to my previous capital. I finished being an addict and today I know I can fully control myself from gambling.

- Of course I limit the money I will use to play gambling and will stop playing gambling if the money I allocate runs out.
- I realized that using borrowed money to play gambling was a bad idea, so I never did.

Putting limits on yourself when gambling is a good thing to avoid heavy losses due to self-greed. I impose those limits on myself while gambling so as not to lose.

Gambling business would never be booming up if thats the case where all gamblers are pretty much aware on what they're doing.Limiting out one's self is a must but we know that
not all would really be having the same mindset and the same on handling out their own emotions or impressions towards things and specific scenarios or situation.

Limit your gambling time and the money you do spend then you would be just fine but if you do go overboard then expect for the consequences or things that would happen ahead.

Everything should be on control not only into your time,emotion,financial but also into your impression towards leisure where it shouldnt really be put up too much attention.
Keep it simple and low just like on casual dealing with things then you wont be facing any problems.

Get out of debt as much as you can because that will make you hard to recover any of loss that you commit. I don't have someone on my back that gives me advise but only people from forums that I read those tips which are valuable and helpful to me. Timing yourself as you gamble is hard to follow, time is quick when you are enjoying and even if you limit yourself once you start enjoying, you'll definitely continue and break the time limit you've set.

I do not impose time constraints in gambling, rather I would put these limitations on the number of games I play, as this is much more workable and profitable for me. I usually stop after getting 3 losses, whether or not I have won. This ensures that I do not incur further losses for that gambling session. So far, this gambling setting has allowed me to save myself from huge losses and have even given me wins that I am sure I can secure.

The key is total control and doesn't let gambling control you, do not allocate funds that you can't afford to lose much more taking a loan to gamble, limit your time, and don't let it get in your head, gambling should not be your life
