Yes, I gamble with an budget. I usually set aside between 50 and 100 bucks per month for gambling, and if I manage to win some money I increase my budget a little for the next month. Usually I cash out with cryptos half of my larger winnings and leave the rest as new bankroll. Sometimes I exceed my limit and then I use a little bit more from my bankroll, but I try to not use borrowed money for gambling. I once asked a friend for 100 Euros in an casino to play more Roulette, in the end I lost it all and felt quite bad for losing his money. So now I try to avoid to gamble with other peoples money. At the moment I only gamble online because the casinos are closed.

They pay for such strategies  (I personally used to do) why on earth somebody would sell a "strategy" that can outplay an algorithm and make you millions for some hundreds. Clear sign of addiction if you are already engaged too much, if days are not passing without you betting in your favorite games,

I would disagree with you @johhnyUA , the very principle is why try to gamble if we can't win, and not all the time we have to play the house edge as there are games that has no house edge or has a low house edge, and with that, we always have a chance to win.

If some people are so lucky to win in a lottery with a huge house edge, so there's a reason why gamblers believe they can win in gambling with low house edge. I personally bet on sports and I think it should be treated as a best gambling game where anyone who have passion and smart enough could win in the long run.

"Low" house of edge means that you just waist more time until you will lose your funds in long term

I don't gamble much, but I used to before just for fun. During those time:

- Not really. I would just gamble when I could or would want to

- Nah, I am not that stupid

Its hard to limit ourselves to gambling if we are addicted to it. If i want to limit myself, i put a limit on the funds allocated for gambling. This way if my allocated funds got exhausted then i have to quit gambling for that particular week. I think this is a best way to stop losing money in gambling if you're an addict to it.
