I am not very interested in online gambling because I prefer to play real traditional gambling with friends, and limit playing to the right times when all friends have money to bet and play for fun.

Does keeping a record and keeping track of your expenses make a change? I tried doing this and realize it was just nothing, it doesn't change anything, the luck that I have, the winnings I win, the times I lose, etc. It's just a record btw, nothing can happen even if I didn't do it,... Out of the budget? then probably I spend it all LoL.

There are some people who keep on telling to themselves and to the people around them that they are still in control, they can still control themselves in gambling but cannot actually apply to themselves, some keep on playing games to the point that they got lack sleep because of gambling, in my part, I only gamble when I am with my friends especially before when the casino gambling was not restricted from their customer or the day before the pandemic, right now I am only playing depends on my mood, I also gamble when I have extra money.

I tried both traditional gambling with my friends years ago and online gambling I think 2 years ago.

As per my experience, I still prefer traditional gambling. I'm enjoying more on it than online gambling where you can only chat with other people online. I like to gamble with my friends than just gambling myself. With regards to gambling time. I still remember that I'm spending more time gambling in a traditional gambling compare to online gambling. Since I only gamble on sports bet online, I just make a quick analysis and then place my bets and that's it. I will just wait for the results that is why I'm not that happy with it. I want to try casino games too but no money as of now .

What you did is right and you are in the right way to control your greed. But you still need to be careful because greed will always come to you, no matter if you win or lose in gambling. While you still learn to control your greed, you should have limitations in time and money, especially to know how long you can playing gambling. Maybe when you can lose a bunch of money and don't care, then yes tracking your expanses might make no sense. But people who gamble to make their life better (they hope to) should actually track the amount they are playing. It can be helpful in being able to stop before it's too late.

Keep a track of all your gambling expenses can be something worst as you may force yourself to recover what you have lost if your stats is bad.
At first you will feel the regret when you know your own stats (in case it is a big negative), you will ask yourself why did you gamble that much and this will lead you into a desire to get what you have lost back.
Next worst thing that may happen, you lose even more when trying to recover.
So basically keeping track is good but you also need to know how to deal with the track/stats.
Its back to self control. Once you have good self control, keeping track is not necessary at all.

Not having luck is too normal because the nature of online gambling is controlling our luck, I am not talking about sports betting, I am talking about some forms of gambling that are face-to-face with online casinos, the indicators and odds are already formed on their system, we will lose on every betting path is all the story here. Limiting on playing with friends is actually a better way to limit gambling time, we all understand individuals will have different activities and jobs, sometimes a gathering is easy but regular is not possible

But that's the opposite for me and no longer touches traditional gambling, somehow I prefer to be alone and face the laptop to keep gambling online casinos and this has become my habit in more than 1 year of being at an online casino.

All the bets that I understand I will definitely try including sports that are often bet in every European league match for me this is quite fun if it is one of the perfect bets, but that is the challenge there are in other casinos that make you run out of money therefore I think we need to manage everything.

Non surprising but why would ask out for real proofs? There's no point on accumulating because results or outcomes would be evident even lets say that they do have that control in one self but later on we
have seen that he had financial problems then you can already tell that he isnt really doing the real thing behind.

We should be honest to ourselves because we are the ones who do mainly get affected in terms of finances if we dont mind about making out limitations or proper handling of it.

For me the most important thing is selfcontrol and not going in debt.Taking loans or something is a big NO for me.The best thing for me is to go into a casino with my friends and gamble.Online gambling is fun but not like real thing

If you are having a good day and you're profiting more with trading and you've successfully left the gambling life, you should stay there and don't allocate any more time in gambling.
