Canelo will look to fight an undefeated fighter as that's what the opponent can only be proud of as they have not fought a high-caliber boxer in their life. I am not underestimated Caleb Plant, but he should double his hard work to last in this fight and possibly wins it.

He needs to do everything in order to have his chance of winning this fight against high caliber Alvarez. Both have their own reasons to win as they are still on the top of their careers.

If nothing else, maybe we will see a toe-to-toe fight here as both are considered to be still in prime.
But I understand that Canelo is the favorite here but who knows, we may see an upset, though the likelihood is low.

Unlikely. But not impossible. We have seen upsets in the boxing ring before. Remember the James Buster Douglas vs Mike Tyson match more than three decades ago? Tyson had odds of -4200. And I consider Canelo, even at his peak noway near Mike Tyson. Also, Tyson was -2500 favorite in his match against Evander Holyfield. And everyone knows what happened then. If you want recent fights, then I can give examples of Anthony Joshua vs Andy Ruiz or Wladimir Klitschko vs Corrie Sanders. Canelo's odds (-800) for this match are much lower than what these fighters had before they got beaten.

He's getting enough time to prepare. He should be more focus on how to be aware himself with mental domination of Alvarez,

It's tough to fight someone which you know that better than you, trying to do everything is what the fans expecting from him,

That said, I really doubt whether the PPV buys this time will match the sales made back in 2017 and 2018, when Canelo took on Golovkin. Back then the expectation was for a close fight between two evenly matched boxers. But this time, a lot of people expect the match to be lop-sided and many assume that Caleb will not last the full 12 rounds. But for us, it is the gambling odds that matters. At least this one may possibly give us a really worthwhile boxing match to watch out for and not waste the money of their audience. Because some boxers are going to the extent of being technical inside the ring forgetting that they have fans wanting to see a 'brawl' inside the ring. Canelo is the heavy favorite here so don't know if bettors will still bet on him, unless, they will put large some of money.

Every underdog is determined to win, to proved that the betting public or at least sports bookies are wrong putting them as underdog.

Yes, it will be one of the biggest upsets of the year, more than Ugas defeating Pacquiao. But it's going to be a tall order of Caleb to even hit Canelo with a damaging punch that will change the fight itself. Not only you mate, everyone can't wait to see this fight, it's a reunification fight and Plant is the last guy standing for Canelo to get all the belts at 168 lbs.

For him, Plant is just a sitting duck. If the intention from Plant was to provoke Canelo, then I am afraid that it is not going to work. It could have worked 5 years ago.. but definitely not now with all that experience.
