^^ I think it was all a stunt on the side of Chris Eubank, they really need to promote this fight. Although he has given his excuse like symbolizing egg as the cause of contamination that's why Benn was tested positive of ban substance as this fight could have happen 2 years ago.

But this is just the start of their promotion and so  Eubank will have to think about some kind of marketing to make the fans want to like this fight as it was delayed for 2 years. Although the rivalry can trace back to their fathers who also fought as well in the 80's or late 90's.

I disagree that Bivol will be dishonorable and fight David Benavidez next. I would agree if Bivol had the victory with a dominant unanimous decision. However, he did not. This rematch is very much similar to Beterbiev vs. Bivol 1. We can be quite certain thay Dmitry Bivol will honor Beterbiev and fight a trilogy. This will also not only be about honor or legacy. This trilogy fight will certainly give Bivol a bigger purse than a fight against David Benavidez hehehehe.

I the impression that he welcomes any comer to get and defend his belt, and so that is against David Benavidez, a fighter that Canelo is ducking. Just imagine if he beats Benavidez, I think it will really put him in some fans mind that he is a better fighter because Canelo keeps avoiding Benavidez and then he just beat that guy.

Besides, in his post fight interview, the way I interpret it, there is no rush to have a rematch and his manager and Eddie Hearn could be heading on fighting a different boxer once he heals his body after this very hard fight against Beterbiev.

I reckon that if the billionaire Arab grandmaster Turki will invest much money in this and make the purse of Bivol much more than if he agreed for the trilogy against Beterbiev, yes this might be possible. Similar to what I have mentioned before, the billionaire Arab grandmaster Turki will certainly give an assurance that the trilogy will be the biggest purse for both of these champion boxers! However, the sadnesses that this fight will bring is this will be a similar fight to the previous fights before and this will be again in Saudi Arabia.

However, if much of the fans will like this trilogy and the promoters will sell many tickets, I reckon this will be a very successful event.

@bbc.reporter - probably they are waiting waiting for the numbers on the Bivol vs Beterbiev rematch. But if I'm getting the pulse of this community, we would love to have the trilogy right away.

No more tune up fights for Bivol, just take a rest and that's it. But probably the burden will be on Beterbiev and his camp. We still don't know how they will carry their loses specially for Beterbiev as this is his first time to lost and has no championship belts for a long time. That could really hurt him mentally.

On how Beterbiev will carry the loss, I speculate that he will certainly be on a hurriment on another rematch after his first loss hehe. We cannot be certain for Bivol, however. He is the present champion who will make this decision.

Bivol vs Beterbiev - I think it can still be profitable for Turki to make this fight as the score between the two is 1-1. But I think Bivol's win is more convincing, would you agree? It is very clear that Bivol won the second fight as compare to the first one wherein it was really very close and it can go either way.

Bivol vs Benavidez - this is going to be very interesting fight, Canelo is ducking Benavidez, perhaps he think that David can beat him because he is young and taller and has the punching power. And so it could also be great for Bivol to fight him as well, taking that 0 from David and exposing his style.

And as we have seen, the WBA has sided with the referee and they say that he made the right decision, (thread is already locked). Although they said that there will be a rematch, but I don't like it though. They should have overturn the decision and give Lamont Roach the belt and then they talk about the rematch.

But Roach is not done yet, Lamont Roach Jr's Attorney Sends Letter To NYSAC Requesting They Overturn Result vs Gervonta Davis. It's a long shot, but we will see, but I will not be surprised if the NYSAC wouldn't overturn the decision as well.

Dan Rafael of Fight Freaks Unite reported on Tuesday that Roach Jr.'s lawyer, Greg Smith, sent a letter to New York State Athletic Commission executive director Matt Delaglio. In the four-page letter Rafael also reported that Smith is calling for the NYSAC to overturn the majority draw into a decision win for Roach Jr.

As what Turki has said before, I reckon it will be like MMA model, in which there's only one boxing champion per weight category. Or maybe they will have a new set of weight classes, not the same with traditional boxing.

They already have a lot of boxers under them, Crawford has sign with Turki as brand ambassador, and recently Inoue as well. It will be good for boxing in the long run. And as others might have said, the real winners are the boxing fans.

Dana White is the reason why Francis Ngannou and many other MMA fighters turned to boxing. I don’t think putting Dana in charge is the best idea, but boxing has been such a mess with promoters not doing what was in the sport’s best interest that it allowed somebody like Turki to come in and take control.

Having a dictator rule over the sport, like in the UFC, won’t work in boxing. Building up fighters is going to be the most difficult aspect. Once you are in the UFC you are expected to fight the best, but in boxing it takes years of careful guidance to work up to that level. Many fighters will sign with this league because of the money they are offered, but its really uncertain if someone who is completely unproven in boxing is really capable of creating the next Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather.

Kind of collaboration that pretty good, but most people don't understand it and even know about how the new boxing league that is being planned by Turki and Dana is going to work, whatever it is hopefully it won't make boxing messy or broken up.
This plan includes many parties who will work together such as promoters and streaming channels and the goals is still for the reason of financial gain, but I just read that they will make the Canelo vs Crawford fight the main event in the opening of the new boxing league, we just have to see how it goes in the future.

If the boxing league idea is realised then we will see a new style of boxing that is not unlike the UFC, I personally, really like the idea and the idea because then the sport of boxing seems to be more alive, competitive and not different from other sports that have a more routine and structured format from preliminaries to the final round later, however, the boxing league might be opposed by top boxers who don't want to be bound by contracts and restrictions on their careers ,and of course they also won't want to take risks with more intense fights and more frequent fights than their previous fights in a season, but regardless, I think the new boxing league is likely to give a new feel to the world of boxing, because dana white knows what it needs to create big events so far.

That's one thing though, Beterbiev is old and it might not be the same boxer after suffering his first lost. Trilogy should be organized by Turki once both are ready and 100% physically and mentally. After all there are a lot of fights that he had for boxing fans already, so for sure this fight should not be rush.

We will see how he will carry the lost here, he could really be motivated and comeback strong, or perhaps it was time for him to retire perhaps if he loss the trilogy. He has cemented his legacy already, live a good life in Canada. And we know that he has suffered from injuries as well so his body is telling him a different signal at age 40 and the wear and tear are slowly creeping in.
