I have not yet signed up but I agree the TOS is the most important section to get to know the casino better, and it seems there is confusion on some provisions or rules of the TOS, if there are countries that you don't accept specific what are those countries and not left the players hanging if you allow them to play or not, if all countries are allowed then that will be the time the players will check if they are banning casinos in their respective country.

I guess that explains how this would turn out at first but if they won't change it I guess that may hinder adoption on their casino. Why not just remove this option of setting your date of birth upon creating account? Since verification is not required.
