is there  a chance I could have a manager of Ltc casino as I have open a post about my Winning not being paid yet and the casino not responding my emails.

it has been over 2 weeks now and my money is still  in the casino account.

I do not want to cause troubles but I would like to be kept updated since I did not cheat with the winnings and I feel I was treated like a criminal,which is not fair.

If they have blocked you and they are not answering your emails I think the best option is to post and wait them to reply here or probably open a scam accusation and let the DT user judge whether it would be valid to tag the LTC Casino or not but you should provide all information and every evidences to prove that you what you are saying is true.

bambolina already created an Scam accusations thread. But LTC Casino did not reply to his/her post yet. Even the LTC Casino was last active on March 08, 2022, 06:29:15 PM. So, I assume she/he has to wait a few more days. I am not sure if LTC Casino is going to reply or not. Because so far it looks like a Scam attempt from the LTC Casino team. The funny thing is LTC Casino says they are the fairest crypto casino with the highest RTP. What if they do scams like this? What we would do with the RTP?

At first sight. It was looked like LTC Casino doing a scam (Still confused). Because of the third-party issue, A lot of scam accusations have been raised against the stake. Their reputation was ruined because of the third-party providers. The third-party provider ask the stake team to hold user balance until they finished the investigation. The same is happening here with bambolina and the LTC Casino. I know it will take a long time (almost three months) according to LTC Casino. I am expecting a happy ending from both sides. But if it's proven that the user exploited any bug/glitches, I am not going to blame the Casino team.

Yes, I have mentioned trusted/reputable providers in my earlier post. Unfortunately, I can not comment on Felix, as they are relatively new and don't have much of the info/experience on hand.

Regarding Wazdan, they have been in the iGaming business for over a decade, and five years ago, they got a UKGC license which is not a piece of cake to get. UKGC is pretty much strict regarding rules and papers.

Hi Ltc casino. my question is what not trusting a provider have to do with me?

i have chosen your casino and trusted you with my money and pick a game you picked to offer.

I have contacted the Wadzam support team and they emailed 3 days ago that all the investigations asked by LTC casino were sent to them.
I have the email to prove, and i was also told after the first checks and i sent the link of the email screenshot on my post.

What i found upsetting is that the game provider replied to my emails and ltc casino management never bothered to even let me know they blocked my account and why, they never reply to one single email.

One would assume an honest casino would let the player know, instead of the player having to open a post in a public site to have some explanations .

Also after so many checks and a month of investigation what else is left and why the casino can't give a estimate time if they are in good faith and willing to pay.

casino.guru gave them 7 days to respond. They will have either to provide conclusive evidences that you cheated or admit that your winnings were legit and consequently reactivate your account and let you withdraw your money.
Only less than five days remaining so I suggest you just wait. I don't think there is anything else you can do for the moment anyway.

btw, I read the email the game provider (Wadzam) sent you. Although they confirm that they've finished reviewing your gameplay, they didn't say anything about its outcome.
