Wow, I'm sad Corinthians lost the 1st place 
But to be honest I don't think Corinthians have a good team to fight for first place, maybe on the top 5 this year
Even with Vitor Pereira, the team is not constant, to be a champion in Brasileiro you need more, and the players are old ones who already played in the team before, I don't think the team need these players, maybe some players from the base, with 20 years, and 2 or 3 maximum with more than 30y

Only Bragantino and America did not classify, but the other 6 teams are classified (Corinthians, Flamengo, Palmeiras, Athletico PR, Atletico MG and even Fortaleza, yes Fortaleza the last team on Brasileiro)

And for me it's sad again, Corinthians will face Boca Juniors next phase hahaha

For me, Palmeiras is one of the most valuable teams in Brazil, I have seen that team play and they are really very good, the Brazilians seem to never get tired of playing, they have a lot of resistance, apart from the technique they have is very infallible, however reviewing the table I see that Corinthians is still the leader of the classification, in the Copa Libertadores one of the protagonists has always been Santos, and I see that this league is very close for now, really the level of the Brazilians is very high, it is very exciting.

Although we are in the initial stages of the Serie A in Brazil I think that Corinthians is the team which has shown the better football compared to all other teams,maybe more pragmatic would be the best definition but still they deserve to be in that first place.As for Palmeiras like most of the teams in the Serie A in Brazil play beautiful football,that is just in their DNA you cannot do anything against it,they like to play open football and score beautiful goals which I think is the main characteristic that makes this league as beautiful as it is.

Once even other countries in Latin America like Argentina used to play this kind of beautiful football but since quite some years now they play football by doing calculations rather than playing it openly,they play defensively and it is not beautiful to watch,that is why I think the Serie A is the most beautiful league of all Latin America.

I really think that it will be a win for Atletico PR. They are also in better form compared to Santos. I know that Santos is not a very easy team to beat but in this match up I am going to favor Atletico PR right now. Don't think this match is going to end in a draw. But I will not also rule that out, to be honest. Because I believe Santos may just play this match really defensively.

Great point, there are lot of cases where teams won championship and next year the team was demoted, in my opinion most teams are affected because of players goes to europe
If you see a good team, won the championship, at least 2 of main players will play abroad, and it's almost impossible to keep him here, most of them have a dream to play on a big team, and main reason is money, it's Euro against our money.

I also saw some teams playing good on Libertadores, but almost being demoted in brasileiro, they need to focus on only 1, contrary os most european teams who have excelent players to substitute.

My team of heart is Corinthians, I watched almost all matches, and our team have many players with more than 30 years, it's becoming difficulty to play against teams who have more energy to play entire match in a good level, take a look here:

I followed the games of this 9th round 

I'm surprised, Corinthians is first again with 18 points, even with the minimum victory 1x0 against Atletico GO, this is good enough to celebrate

And the biggest surprise of this round was Flamengo losing the match to Fortaleza, the last of the championship hahaha, this is Brasileiro guys, the last one beating one of the favorites
Palmeiras, São Paulo, Atlético MG and Santos didn't win too, only draws, but this was the best scenario for Corinthians 

If someone bet in favor of Fortaleza (I doubt it), this one gained a lot of money

I'll bet on Goias, and these are the reasons why:

1 - Goias got a draw against Palmeiras, Atlético MG and Bragantino, 3 strong teams, with 2 favorites to win the championship
2 - Goias won against Santos and Botafogo, 2 another strong teams, so we can conclude Goias are playing in a good level, and the matches until now are hard, against stronger teams
3 - Now Goias will face Fortaleza, the last team on table, and the focus is Libertadores right now

So I think 6.25 is an incredible odd to take the risk

Sure, it's not a certain thing, even in a matches you are sure, nothing is 100% and there's always a probability.
The odds of gambling web sites are the closest we have for a match, the closest math method to predict correctly a game.

I don't know if I understand correct your thought, but the randomness you're saying, for me, are some variables like:

• Human factor, the player is motivated enough that day? Is he/she feeling good?
• Climate factor, maybe in some hot places younger players will have more stamina to play, or in a rainy day for example
• For brazilian soccer, we have some peculiar things like players simulating foul all the time, we have rivalry that I doubt other place has, like Corinthians vs Palmeiras again, a player from Corinthians can't wear anything green, otherwise the fans will complain a lot about that player
• South American have a word that I can't find a good similar in english: "catimba", and we brazilians can do this too, and how can predict these things?

Above I just said some surface stuff, there's much more to dig, if you want to discuss more I'll be happy to know other variables

Better not even start this discussion, because Brazilian football is very "creative"... whether for good things (like the plays rehearsed with the Brazilian "ginga") as well as other bad and sad things that you rarely see on the world stage.

Santos and Internacional are one of the best teams in Brazil, but even so, this game that took place yesterday was totally ugly to watch lol
Today, we will have another interesting game of big clubs, Palmeiras x Botafogo, I believe it will be a good one to watch!

I think Corinthians is demonstrating to be the best team so far in the Serie A of this season.I think it is a big victory against Atletico away from home,in Brazil usually home teams win even against better teams most of the time in the Brazilian Serie A,that is how things are here,the fact that Corinthians won away from home only consolidates them as the main favorites to win the title.You may say it is early for such statement but I think they will manage to win the title this year.

lots of things we can't control will affect the game, the mood of the team, climate, if the team is playing "at home" or on the opponent stadium, so forth and so on...
