Super boring tbh. The match is pretty one sided because France can’t have good coordination on passing the ball and there defense is so lame. They can’t manage to defend the ball towards there team fight since they are always pressured to just defense aimlessly due to Argentina aggression.

I believe this type of match will give a score more than 5 goals with huge score difference. This is surely an Argentina game. I was doubtful at first but there current aggression and good coordination is unstoppable.

It’s now 45 minutes, almost the half time and the score is 2 goals to nil in favor of Argentina. The gameplay so far has been in favor of Argentina as they’ve been playing superbly and totally in control of the game. I think Argentina is more aggressive in this game and in my opinion, has played far more better than any of their matches in this tournament. But it's Argentina catch the match in their favour from the starting of the match. With the current conditions it is clearly not very profitable for France because apart from losing by 2 goals when they are constantly pressed and losing possession it is clear this is not very good for them.
Their midfield players couldn't play and carry out their schemes well because they lost possession of the ball from Argentina. The first half will soon be over and Deschamps must make a new scheme from now on so they can play even better in the second half later.

Lol what a joke, another dubious penalty for Argentina and then France conceded another one from counter attack. This reminds me of Croatia game against Argentina where it was exactly the same scenario (suspicious penalty and then goal from counterttack), with the difference that Croatia was actually better in the first 30 minutes while France showed absolutely nothing so far in the first half, and I don't think that they can turn this match.

My reading is similar. I'm in favour of Argentina, but they are playing better, dominating the game and creating clear attacking moves. I was even surprised that at 1-0 down they continued to stay in their own half and let Argentina dominate.

On the other hand, what a great game from Di Maria. We all expected Messi to have a good game, but Di Maria was a pleasant surprise, and thanks to him Argentina scored both goals.

While I was thinking that Argentina had the wrong squad, France had the wrong squad. Argentina started the match effectively and the penalty came with Dembele's fault.
