Yeah, though how many clean sheets do you believe City can keep, maybe not much, though i can be wrong. I have Gvardiol though, and i am glad i do, 8 points this week is good, and not just that, he carries a serious attacking threat, that makes him a very good defensive option.

Well he got an assist in this match barely and i think he could have done better. Man Utd keeps on killing me and now bruno didnt do anything now. Arsenal as well concided early against Chelsea and that makes thing even more diffucult for me now. I expected a lot of points from the last line and in the end everthing backfired.

If Manchester City have recouped a lot of money from sales in order to fund their recent purchases, it will probably be an excellent piece of business. Having said that, if they had conducted themselves properly in previous years they would not be facing over 100 charges of being in breach of the fair play rules against them 

That's because City know how to do good business. Just take a look at their net spend in this transfer window, and you'd understand that they did very well to balance their books. City recouped ~ £300m in player sales this summer, with players like Savinho leaving for as high as £85m, Rodri for ~ £65m, and others.

City's net spent for this summer would be ~ £150m, if you include add-ons, and you'd agree that that is very shrewd business from them. So, they do not have anything to worry about FFP rules.

It was more fun when we had to prepare the complete season from with GW1. Now, you can make mistakes and recover quickly. I liked it more when it was harder to correct some specific problems.

It is slowly drifting away, GW3 already and heading to GW4.

I think doing my best from now on should be the target for me, because shuffling is ongoing, and to avoid being lost behind and a meaningless chase, sitting up and making smarter choices is necessary.

At the end, those who kept Mbeumo had a better week than us that switched to Cherki.

I had another disappointing week as all of my players were in single digits except for Isak (13). It is highly frustrating when you believe your team will accumulate points but in the end you see single digit points.

We are just three games in to the season and I am already 105 points behind the first place team. I have not used any of my chips yet therefore I might be able to close some of the gap if things work out.

Mbeumo is a hot cake now that Bruno is injured I don't know for how long but that Mbeumo to Cherki transfer is becoming a stupid one although I'm worried more about Cherki's playing time - he was supposed to be one of those "fixed" players for my long term plan.  smh

Shame I'd need to Wildcard sooner to fix the shit of a team.

It is obvious that Cherki is City's best player in the number 10 role, but it seems Maresca still has some faith in Foden, even though he has been in poor form lately, even from last season. So even if Cherki starts, he might come off early in the second half, or he doesn't start and comes on in the second half.

We all scored pretty high in GW2, but now our points are really low in GW3. Last time, I was wrong when I said Harkorede would win GW2, but now I’m pretty sure Harkorede is the one who’s going to win the $50.

Immediately Rodgers scored and had Arsenal clean sheet gone I was definitely sure he was going to win, seriously I understand one thing from FPL that it’s the differentials that actually set us apart, the reason why most people got high points last week and low this week is simply because most of the teams have identical players with only one or two differential players. Those who had more differentials seriously had better points this season game week.

Right now the best way possible is looking for defenders which are not only capable of keeping cleansheet alone but boast of DEFCONs too. The defenders have just like last season out performing those players with attacking returns as their threat.

I am also worried about that. We have discussed this before that when season gets underway many wouldn’t have city midfielders because of minutes and rotation because it’s clear that Enzo Maresca still prefers Foden in the number 10 role than any other player and with the midfield options he has currently there would be competition. Only Semenyo is an obvious pick for now

I had a bitter regret after selling Mbeumo that I immediately started regretting. This was a very poor week, I haven't even checked the table to see if I scored above average, I am going to do so now.

I had a great team from GW1 and by myself I started spoiling my team with unnecessary subs. In fact I might not touch my squad again and I have dashed the idea of getting Haaland into my team.

Well third highest scoring points in the round for me but..... it was thanks to spending ina  bad way the triple captain..... I pick Haaland thinking he was gonna score at least a brace against Coventry and after he score the first it looked like it but in the end he only score one goal so it was not a good pick and use of the triple captain at all.

Is strange what i feel, i think i have quite a good team and score some decent points but keep failing behind the average needed to fight fopr something.

Anyways this one was a shit round for me in terms of fixture since i have a lot of Chelsea players plus a few Arsenal ones and they play against each other.

If I were you, I would wait, save my free  transfers until GW 7 and get Halaand against Ipswich game.. he's up against Manchester United, Sunderland and Liverpool next - it's not the best time to get him.

Still captaining him next week while figuring out how I should get him on wildcard without buying a bunch of blanking supporting players like many of y'all...

It does make a difference; Halaand is 77% owned in our pool , that's 23% of you going against 77% of the pool which is quite risky but so far it's been working for you guys. That's where the luck comes in.

Statistically Halaand and J. Pedro are still the safest picks on paper.
