They are among the top5 producers for Aluminum, Cobalt, Gold, Magnesium, Coal, Nickel, Platinum, Silver, Steel, Titanium, Tungsten and Uranium. Politics always affect the market that's why there's a neverending story about this inflation to almost every country as if they were all connected but it all goes down to the supply and demand always. No matter what type of energy you choose they were all affected in inflation be it a petroleum or electricity they were all going up while there's a little changes in the wages/salary of every workers. So I don't think it's just only the Russia and Ukraine war are making almost everything worst in every country since before that there's this COVID-19. Russia will not stop in the war against Ukraine. The political leadership of Russia already understands that Putin made a fatal mistake by attacking Ukraine.
