Very risky Champions League round for me, I posted my answers only few minutes before deadline and this is not the first time doing this  
Bayern was a sure win for me and odds for away win was not bad at all, but I decided to play more risky in Pot B, and I didnt have much luck in Superbru today.
I didnt saw if anyone played on Union Berlin to win against Real Madrid today with stakes, but it was close call

The mafias are everywhere you go.. There is still a lot of matches to go for the round, and from what I'm seeing there are still multiple 30 - 40 points that could be won from the is round, so if were you I would wait for the game week to end before I use my bragging rights.

I missed this round picks, I have been unavoidably very occupied with many December season preparations offline.

 I had the notification, but still could not meet up. I only enjoyed watching the games especially Manchester United's game where they lost without even making it to the Europa. Newcastle have even a better team than they have, I am sure that they can also proof it again tomorrow when they win AC Milan.

December 18th is the draw for the fixtures of the round of 16 games, I cannot wait to see who Arsenal will go against.

He was too close to grab enough points from this round, but Real Madrid has the habit to give surprise at the ending moment of the match. Watch the matches from last night and thought the scores were skewed for the teams that you thought were already through to staying in are not returning for next year.
Such a disappointing loss to suffer for Salzburg after that third goal will not return and they were the team I put in the forum as my favorites.
Only got three points in Pot A for my predictions and I would imagine zero for Pot B as Galalasaray lost and I staked a couple on them from what I recall.
The one I am hoping will happen in the matches of today is a defeat of Manchester City at the hands of Red Star Belgrade. So Christmas will come early this year?

I got I think about 5.8 points so far and waiting another game,I did put 5 in this round each with 2 stakes on it and I lost most of them because I got for surprise results in Pot B while I got 2 correct scores in Pot A.In Pot B I had Sevilla to win,Arsenal to win and Salzburg to win which all lost their games,I only got Copenhagen right and I think I wait a Newcastle win in Pot B.Also for me not the best of weeks but at least didn't get 0 points as few match days remain now compared to group stages and also games will be fewer per match day.

Lol don't worry, without looking at the scores I don't think there's anybody worse than me in this round of fixtures.  I tried to be clever and picked mostly draws as it's December.  Player fatigue and the winter should start taking its toll on the players by now.  But no...  Mostly no draws.    I was expecting United vs Bayern Munich to be a nil - nil or 1 - 1 draw.  I gave United some credit since the match was at Old Trafford.  Again, nope.  :/

And I'm making a quick look at the groups...  All the clubs expected to proceed at the KO stages are making it except for one club cos the other club fcked up.  Yeah it's in Group A.

Yesterday I managed to go up a bit after getting 12.6 points in Pool B, what is my best result so far. And I think that I still have stake on 1 game today, though, not with high odds. Got a bit closer to Top 10, but still, 15 points behind, so, it will be difficult to reach it.
Tonight I'm expecting Newcastle to win their game, but they will get eliminated as they won't get positive result from Dortmund - PSG game. Another do or die game is Porto - Shakhtar. Porto is quite big favorite here and draw is enough for them to go further.

Not their reason (we didn't ask) but I understood immediately from my own experience in budgeting and planning that it's a simple case of volatility and accounting, which, like it or not for a corporate entity, needs to be in hard, predictable figures, possibly even in fiat.

An Annual Report of sponsorships would then say: we sponsored $10,000 for this event. That would be true yesterday, today, and 10 years from now. If they'd given Bitcoin, their annual report would say X BTC, worth $10k at escrow date, worth something else at disbursement. If Bitcoin pumps, great, they can boast a bigger dollar value. If not? Then they could only report a sponsorship of a lower value at disbursement.

Yeah, from business perspective it really makes sense, in this way it's easier to plan their budgets.And for us, players, maybe it's more exciting to get prize in the end of season wehen Bitcoin went up by 30%, but now when it's fixed in $ we know what we will get. They scored first goal against Barcelona, they had the lead in most of first half, and current result is again 2:1.
Antwerp have no chance to qualify anywhere, but they look more interested to win than Barcelona.

Antwerp were leading Barcelona by two goals, Barcelona scores the equalizer in the ending of the game, but Antwerp strikes back again just a few seconds later to restore their lead, a goal that looks like the last goal of the game with the very little time. Barcelona already top their group, so a lose in this game to Antwerp will be historic for the Antwerp supporters even though it will not be enough to help them qualify for either the next round of the champions league or Europa.

Newcastle played hard to make sure that they do not loose their game to AC Milan, but with the time left on that game, AC Milan have snatched the Europa spot from them.

Newcastle did themselves proud, they may have ended up exiting but it was a proper fight to the end, didn't lose to PSG, VAR robbed them and they outplayed Milan on the final day. BVB too, not making it easy despite qualifying. Two close results, on another day I would be happy, but such is football.

Newcastle did themselves proud, they may have ended up exiting but it was a proper fight to the end, didn't lose to PSG, VAR robbed them and they outplayed Milan on the final day. It was meaningless game for Barca, not main squad, but no excuses, shameful performance against worst team in CL. And I'm already starting to have doubts about Xavi future because this season trends doesn't looks good. While Antwerp - it looked like they won whole CL.
Porto 5:3 Shakhtar, crazy game with 8 goals and that moment when scoring 3 away goals isn't enough to win game. But in general, Porto controlled game.
While I feel a bit sad for Milan when they're didn't reached next round with 8 points. But someone has to die in such group. And Newcastle, sometimes they were good, but lack of experience in Champions league was visible factor which didn't helped them.

I was really surprised nobody backed this match with big stakes.
My mistake was that I didnt put everything on Milan to win against Newcastle, and I only had 5 stakes on this match, with 10 stakes I would be in top 4.
Other 5 stakes I had on draw for Port vs Shakhtar, but home team was really inspired today.
Big respect to Shakhtar for great performance in Champions League this season, and good luck in Europa League.

Everything looks good to me.
I am now in 13 place and I am not giving up until the end.
It is not easy to catch Hhampuz on top but I would be happy with top 5 positions in the end.

After missing 85 points in the Leipzig match unluckily last week I have climbed to 9th place by winning 72 points thanks to Antwerp this week.
