It was quite difficult for the odds this time because there were no good picks... but I tried with more 11.5 over corners with high odds.

We are not sure all of them will be good.

Yes it worked now and I already placed my bets and also the stakes for this round upcoming games, looks like a lot of easy games in Champions League this time although when this happens it usually means there are going to be surprises, I tried some 23 odd in there in the stakes but couldn't find one so I placed a lot of 1 stake points to odds minimum of 4.5 and above, 6 chances is good enough to get one while hoping that everything will also workout for you in the correct score points. This is good to not forget to place your bets and points so we don't miss a single match day as that would be totally devastating in such competition, I lost one round in another competition and now I am starting from last place there the recovery.

Works for me. All the pools are tough and honestly this one seems the toughest, it should be where we can have an edge but the group phase is the most crazy results and I feel like the closer it gets to the finish, the less we can find the 'big odds' so I might have to really gamble in this round.

What I am not sure about yet is how the cumulative penalty kicks in. It would make a big difference when someone has great first rounds like four rounds or so, and then messes up two rounds and gets a penalty. That would a significant number of points from him every round. The more points you have, the more the penalty takes away and the risk for actually taking risk becomes exponentially higher. I am looking forward to evaluate this at the end of the season, but I think our mastermind @buwaytress has done a great job here

Liverpool certainly is a team that has managed to scale the league thus far, they might endure a lot more even but, when you look at the likes of PSG, Bayern, Barcelona and Real Madrid with how they are coming out this season, Liverpool with this form isn’t going nowhere.

PSG struggling with injuries, Barcelona with one of the worst defense in Europe, take Mbappe out of the Madrid team and no one is scoring the goals. Bayern are the only threat here. A good bracket and you're winning it- others will do the dirty job.

Exactly right, let’s also remember that PSG absolutely sucked for the first half of the season last year. They scraped into the play off round of 32, then got to the last 16.

Yes, needed the last game of the league phase to qualify for the playoffs - what we're watching is just ice on the cake, the main CL starts from knock out phase. Teams will reinforce in January before the knockout fixtures.

I didn't intend to, but arallmuus, you might like seeing corners featured for this Matchday. No, people, he didn't pay me anything to have this. Not my favourite market but I recall seeing CLS63 and Slissy bet on these a lot.

Submitted and yeah Im liking it already. I got 1 big stake on corners, lets hope I hit this or else I will be sobbing in the corner of my room just like last round when both Kane and Haaland dissapoint me by scoring only 1 goal. Speaking of them both, I saw them on Specials again and Im telling you Im not gonna fall for this again

Problem is that there is really no way to take Mbappe out of the equation unless someone heavily injured him. He is as fit as a horse and probably will keep his scoring spree to aim for that Ballon D'or next year

This is exactly my point, although the league form doesn't matter but for some teams we need to look at how they're performing overall before routing for them for the title. Chelsea is known as a cup club right from time. They mightn't be doing well in the league but when it comes to winning a title (cup) they'll always find a way to do that so we can't use them as an example. Liverpool aren't doing well compared to other top clubs that want a taste at the title. Can this Liverpool defeat Real Madrid, PSG or Barcelona. They can't even defeat Chelsea the last time they meant so I don't think they'll be going any far.

Already worked on my side too and submitted my picks for today’s matchday.
Same picks as my previous 6 stakes.. Two games to end 0–0 (can't remember with games I placed it but it is 3 stakes per game). If both hit, that’s around 60+ points since each 0–0 has 10+ odds.

Pretty sure Buwaytress did the same thing last matchday but with high odds pick but only one stake.

Still can’t get over that Chelsea vs Ajax match.. I picked 7+ goals on that game, but it ended with just 6. If it hit 7+, I would’ve had an extra 33+ points. Smh.

Yeah thats how it worked for me last season too, and I think a lot of us gave up when we saw the cumulative penalties lol But I think its a sort of flat cumulation, not sure the term for it. As in it's not compounding 5% on 5% on 5% but 5%+5%.

Not that it matters, some of us are forever shit in this kind of pool. I remember last season picking Galatasaray big upset early and got so happy I kept picking upsets and getting penalties.

For me, Liverpool is definitely not a contender for the UCL, It is also agreeable that chelsea also knows how to find their way around cup competition but with their current form i rarely see both of them going past RO16 or at Max Quarter finals. Unless of course they face lesser opponents by grace. But teams like PSG, Bayern, Arsenal are clear favorites. even city will push harder than they are rated this season.

Still haven't decided which game I'm going to watch on main big screen and which I will follow in background. But I'm glad that there is no big games tomorrow - I will be able to focus on watching my Barca without distracting attention .

Unfortunately only goals can't get him the ballon D'or he has to bring something home - ask Halaand and Kane.

The world has shifted away from him at the moment, the light is on Yamal, Palmer and the rest.

Not judging teams with league form in the champions league proven again- saw a different Liverpool side tonight I think credit goes to Arne Slot; he understands Spanish sides often fold against aggressive teams, which was Liverpool's game plan tonight.  High press, extremely quick on the ball, and aggressive off the ball. Solid defense work too.

Unfortunate game for Luiz, the red was stupid but saved PSG from potential thrashing to save face

I didnt expect to see Liverpool coming back with a win against Real Madrid in Anfield, but I still dont trust them.
This was a wake up call for Real, but they still have room for mistakes in CL group phase.
I am impressed with Bayern again, they wonagainst PSG and they have one less player for whole second half.

Thanks to Arsenal for sending me important points in this pool, now I am in 4th place, but we have nine more matches left in this round.
