I know Bayern Munich don't have squads that can hold Manchester city not to showcase tactics, because their players are all doing well in their position that is giving their fans solid confident. Erling Haaland will not miss his opportunity in this game because he know how to hustle for goals to ensure he improve his goals is season.

There is no doubt that Manchester City put in an excellent performance in the first half. However, Manchester City had several easy opportunities. They were not lucky. Otherwise, we would have seen more goals in the first half. On the other hand, there is no way to say that Bayern Munich's performance was poor. The Bayern Munich team is playing very well. They also had some good attacks. However, Bayern Munich is a bit weak on the counterattack. If you want to win against an opponent like Manchester United, you need a sharper counterattack. It is very difficult to score against City without a counterattack. Because City's defense is very strong. And even today they are performing brilliantly.

Right and Manchester City could have already extended their league. If everything went wrong during the first half Bayern could be down by three goals. The pass back to Sommer when Haaland jumped in and almost scored a goal was close to suicide by Bayern. I don't get it why you play such a ball in such an important game? Why not go for the safe options and rather kick the ball out with power?

Bayern is going a good job so far keeping Haaland down, but the problem with him is that often times he only needs that one moment and then he scores even though you don't see much of him during the game. He is never sleeping and permanently keeps the defense busy. When he doesn't do it due to chances, he does it because of being present. That's enough to raise the pressure.

It is a deserved result thus far for Manchester City. It is also a good game from two teams that are introduced very well by their coaches. Chances are coming in for Bayern.

I wouldn't be surprised if Manchester city wins at the end of 90mins because they have encountered this Bayern Munich side more than once even as at the time Aguero was still a striker for them. If you are that optimistic about Bayern Munich, then I should be that much about Manchester City.
Indeed the match and the winner will be decided in 90 minutes, but I no longer believe in Bayern Munich only after they sacked Julian Nagelsmann. Tuchel has never been the same as Nagelsmann who so far this season has been able to maintain a winning record in the Champions League, and for me Tuchel is a setback for Bayern Munich.

At the moment there is still at least 20 minutes left for the game, it looks like Pep is really careful in this game. KDB had a bit of a problem and he was immediately rested so that his condition would not get worse because indeed if he is injured then it is difficult for Pep to try in the Champions League and EPL of course because both are still quite important for them.
On the other hand now I think with conditions like this it is possible there will be goals again in this second half.

I am not opportuned to watch this match because I am on a long distance transit but the result I saw as City is leading by 2 goals is what I expected and nothing less.
I wonder why Mane was played from bench and he is now introduced and I know he cannot change the game by now. Manchester City is not a team you make a come back at easily.
It is better you score them first, but when City scores first. It is a big problem for anyone to come back.
I expect there to be both teams to score before the match ends.

Haaland added to Bayern Munich's suffering in this match where Manchester City had won 3-0 over Bayern. I don't think the goals will stop and Manchester City will reduce the intensity of their attacks while they have the chance. It is still very possible to expect Manchester City to win 4-0 over Bayern Munich in the first leg, and they will be very comfortable in the second leg later.

It is a surprise to see Manchester city with this marvelous performance tonight at Etihad. I never thought that they could perform to the level,to the extend of scoring 3 goals in the match and Bayern hasn't scored any goal yet.

This shows that Gadiola is mean on this trophy and if Manchester city go to Bayern home,I believe they will perform well and might even still win Bayern at home. Bayern couldn't understand what is happening since they underestimated Manchester city. I will say this is a good victory to start the quarter finals with. It is 60% certain that Manchester city will qualify to the semifinals.

This is not a lie at all, Bayern had no single goal scored, although it is Etihad, Allianz Arena match is coming on the 19th of this month. Man City clearly couldn't be stopped from winning a landslide 3-0 which required Bayern Munich to have a tough task in Leg 2 later. This is also the victory expected by Man City who has served everything for a long time. Man City's positive trend will continue and maintain this performance until the next game.
An unexpected final result where Benfica bowed under Inter play. Even though from the start Inter were not too favored because their last appearance was not very promising in Serie A. But once again this is the Champions League, a competitive competition and building motivation above all. I can say that Haaland took his revenge well from Bayern Munich for the old days when he played with the Dortmund team. I remember many times he scored against Bayern but unfortunately his team lost the match. The opposite with Manchester City today he managed to score, assist, and create good chances. In the other hand there is one thing I couldn't understand. The reason behind their loss with a score of 3-0 was the mistakes of defender Dayot Upamecano, who made many deadly faults and lost the ball every time. He was obviously out of the match from the start, but the coach didn't change him, so they paid for it with the second goal when he offered the ball to Halaand camarades who didn't miss the chance.
Many people and Bayern Munich fans will still have hopes for a Remontada in Allianz Arena the second leg, which i don’t really believe it would happen with this level from both sides.
