I think it's only natural for fans to expect their favorite team to win the UCL trophy this season. Manchester city has a pretty solid squad this season and it's only right for them to show the world that they can become ucl champions this season. but before that, Manchester City must first be able to beat the defending champions before they can truly be said to be the strongest candidates to win the UCL title this season.

I think both teams while still in the competition has the same chance to qualify. Real Madrid would not be daunted by Manchester City winning ways but they should not underestimate their opponent as well.
