I just have underrated the Manchester United form to be limited to the premier league and overrated Barcelona to be the favourites. Perhaps Barcelona were good in the first half but, when it came to the second half, Manchester United was over whelming for Barcelona and did put them under severe pressure to the amazement of there fans.
Ten Hag definitely perceived the game right with the halftime substitution of Wout Weghorst for Anthony. Anthony who later scored a goal that was already knocking to put there team ahead of the game.

ETH has shown that he's good at reading the game. Last weekend's game against Leicester, the sub he made to remove Fred and brought in McTominy paid off as it brought stability to the midfield. Today he did it again, Wan Bisaka had a good game but was playing out of position which was causing united problem. The coach was right to bring in Dalot for AWB and also substituting Weghorst, gave room to Fernandez to occuy his number 10 role and he was involved in two of the goals (assisted Fred and played in the build up to Antony's goal).

So Barcelona got kicked again from European competitions and this time was by ManU.

Last season by frankfurt and this season by MU. Barcelona's level is not for the europe competition like this. Barcelona got easily kicked from UCL and this time from europa league. Barcelona's level was for the domestic league only. It's not even achieved a level where the club can win a competition below UCL. UCL must become even more difficult for barcelona compared with the match against MU. Glad to see that MU was sending back barcelona again to the domestic level.
Barcelona can only now focusing to get la liga trophy insted of winning europa league. Glad to see ten hag managed to win against barcelona.

After watching how Barcelona played today, I have to say that Barcelona is a regular thing right now that we have too much expectations from due to their past glory. This present Barcelona team are very unlike the Barcelona thing we used to know that plays tic-tac football. There is nothing really special about their play and they are just lucky that the competition in the Spanish league is not so much else If it was like the EPL, they will not be in top four. I am very disappointed with how Barcelona played, Brentford from the EPL on a good day will defeat this Barcelona team with the way they are presently.

Barcelona has been on a regular team grade by me for some time now and indeed yes,  i think Brentford can actually defeat them on a good day.  My shock tonight was even the Manchester United side that has evolve so well into playing with one team spirit. The first half of the game was kinda poor for united but erik ten hang had his homework done in the second half. Defensively splendid and attackling poor from Barcelona but as faith would have it, Manchester United came victorious and they really deserved their victory.

Ajax's being eliminated by Union Berlin made me really surprised. Maybe Ajax weren't having a good season in general but they were still a solid team. I thought they would be more challenging in the Europa League at least. But Union Berlin had a quite productive day. Winning by 3-1 was showing how comfortable Union Berlin were as well.

Union Berlin are having a really great season now. They aren't good only in the Bundesliga. They have managed to reflect this effort onto the Europa League as well.

Bruno made a stupid mistake and gave Barcelona a penalty with that Lewandowski had stupid shot but De Gea just was unlucky to save it completely. After that, Manchester United played better and they deserved a final win. De Gea again shown that he is bad with his legs and nearly gave Barcelona a chance to find their second goal.

Barca is not a weak team, but Ten Hag did everything well. Man United strengthened the midfield to break possession of the ball from Barca's game. so Barca couldn't create many chances. not because Barca is weak, but this is Ten Hag's ingenuity in anticipating the game designed by Xavi.
