I think if you have stolen money from hacks or drug money you will pay 10% to not worry about the money entering your bank account directly and less change to get caught using the money.

I highly doubt registered legit concierge services will handle stolen money and let you get away with it when they get questions about it.

They will not because they do not want to be closed and arrested, but you can still try

Lol. I wish! Everyone on the planet is allowed to drive in my country with foreign plates, except for people who live here! You can get a temporary exception, which has to be arranged upfront.
My country is a tax haven for multinationals, not for it's citizens.

I am not saying this in a way to attack you, if we start choosing what to accept because of clean or dirty we will go back to KYC. And I also do not like when I need to send my docs to anonymous websites in the internet
