I don't know When the last time fillippone was able to Review posts. But, I believe Either he is super busy with other things, or this initiative is not going well because of shit posters. I would suggest if this is not going as expected, you may abandon this with an announcement. But not responding for over a month doesn't make much sense to me. The thread is self-moderated. If you see shitposter posting shit, You are able to delete them as well.

I didn’t know I was expected to answer in this thread.
All I am doing is reviewing the posts, when I have the chance.
As you can see, it’s pretty clear I am reviewing the posts at my pace.
I currently at page 19 or so of this thread, as I think it’s pretty obvious.
On the other hand, I think I already made myself clear on this very specific topic:
What you don't get applying to get a post merited:- The timely assessment of the quality of your merit submission.
- The right to discuss my meriting choices. My meriting habits aren't under scrutiny here.
To answer you on the point, shitposters have been noted and properly handled in the course of the thread.
As far as rules are concerned, I have been mulling slightly editing them in the near future.
