First game of qualification isstarting soon - Georgia - Luxembourg. Both teams haven't played in any major tournament so far. Wouldn't call Georgia as big favorites, but I think they have more high level players.

Georgia are expected to win before the beginning of the game and they are indeed leading by two goals against Luxembourg which aren't able to score and worse they are playing with 10 players since the beginning of the second period.

Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Ukraine could be one of the best matches of the day.

It already has a standard to beat because the game between Georgia and Luxembourg has been very entertaining. Georgia scored just before the first half break, gave them the advantage entering the second half where Luxembourg started very well, were able to score a goal that was cancelled, and a red card even given to one of the Luxembourg players for a tackle he made just before Luxembourg scored.  Luxembourg with their ten players could not score another goal after. Georgia will hope to win their next game so that they can have an opportunity to play in Germany.

The only goalless game at halftime among all the games that are being played today concerning the Euro competition. Bosnia and Herzegovina had the upper hand in the first half and were very close to scoring if not for a very good clearance from the Ukrainian defender. The second half is a very good chance for both teams in this game that one of the teams has to win.

Did not expect such easy wins from Wales and Iceland. They do have another set of difficult games though - Wales is hosting Poland while Ukraine is playing Iceland on 'home' ground in Poland.

In the last game remaining Greece should have an easy job against Georgia. I actually hoped Liechtenstein would go through, they played above all expectations in the group stage.

Rest of qualification games were so boring. After solid qualification campaign I expected something more from Kazakhstan, not 5:0 loss against Greece. And Israel, wtf, they took a lead, conceded 2 goals then, missed penalty and then finished game by conceding 2 more goals. Result doesn't reflects the game.

I followed the game via a live ticker and have to say that I wished them success, but I agree that they looked as if they were literally failing big time in the game despite being the favorites. Of course it wouldn't be an easy game that they just win with a 3 goals margin or so, but I was quite sure that they would at least not fall behind and then have to hope for such a crazy finish in the end. But it worked out for them and I think they are the deserved winners.

Yeah is a surprise in the last minute which we really didn't expect, we know how boring this match is in the first half but fortunately Ukraine can change the score to 2-1 so we can call this only luck for Ukraine? imagine Ukraine only has 3 shots on target and 2 of them goals. So far Ukraine has a good record they have never been defeated in the last 4 matches including today and 3 of them won, the most impressive last year they could draw against strong teams like Italy, Germany and England.

There is an interesting thing in today's match that almost all matches end with 3 goals or more usually in tournaments between countries like this are always low goals but today it seems different, all teams play aggressively and at least 3 matches have a red card from 6 matches and 35 yellow cards, so what makes today's match different? in comparison we also have several matches FIFA World Cup Qualification but not as aggressive here.

That’s the beauty of the international games, there’s no guarantees in regards to the type of football to expect or the type or result.

It was an impressive day, almost all teams had over 1.5 goals scored, Portugal had a great game with excellent performance from Bruno too

Wales managed to beat Finland 4-1 at home.I can't say that it was a very difficult match for Wales, who managed to find the goal from the first minutes.They may not have kept the ball at their feet much against their opponent, but they managed to score 4 goals by making good use of the goal positions they entered.
Bosnia and Herzegovina lost 2-1 to Ukraine.Ukraine may have a better squad than Bosnia and Herzegovina, but Bosnia and Herzegovina is also a team with good names.I didn't expect Ukraine to win in this match, but they managed to win.Bosnia and Herzegovina managed to take the lead with Hadzikadunic's goal in the second half of the match, but lost the match with 2 goals in the last minutes.

Even though there is still a war situation, the Ukrainian Premier League is still running as usual, so the condition and skills of local players are still good.
I am sure that Ukraine will win easily against Bosnia later, and hopefully this victory can bring happiness and joy to the Ukrainian people in this very difficult time.

Also, not ALL players are from that league, I am sure they must have a few from other leagues as well right? I am not sure by the way, I am not saying that they are, I am just assuming that the entire national team can't be from just one league, so there must be some people living a great life there. I mean even a simple google search shows that they have players all around the world meaning that they are going to be just fine and the players will just be going at their day like normal.

There are some from Ukrainian league but that's about it, we still have players at la liga or premier league as well, such as Zinchenko for example. They should be able to get the win, the yare a great club and can do wonders in that game.

The result of all matches played yesterday ended as expected.

Greece, Poland and Iceland did pretty well against theirs opponents knocking them by 3 goals difference at least.
Wales 4 - 1 Finland. That match was expected by many people to be close to each other but as we saw Wales was way better.
Bosnia 1 - 2 Ukraine, thanks to two goals scored in the last minutes of the game in less than five minutes eliminating Bosnian from the competition although they were close play in the next round.
