As each new technology makes sports management more perfect and easier, I think there is a lot of criticism of that technology. Video Assistant Refereeing has been a great technology for football as it can accurately tell if a goal is well scored or if the referee is off site correctly but we have also seen many criticisms of this technology. Yes some controversial decisions have come from this technology but most of the decisions made football easier to manage. If the technologists bring any new technology instead of this technology then that technology will definitely be updated but there is no guarantee that that technology will give hundred percent correct decision. As technology advances so does the debate.

VAR is one technology that changed football wholly when it got introduced, It aided proper decision making. Twas a revolution that was proper because normally the world evolves in technology, even as the evolution occurs, every aspect imbedded in this world should evolve too, at the beginning there was a tangible percentage of accuracy but in  games, weeks and months, the accuracy range dropped, errors started being welcomed, technical and human errors which normally is no ones fault.

 The errors tended to cause grievances between the fans and the match officials. We should note that for every innovation of man, there's no guaranteed perfection, there's although a warranty and once the period of the warranty elapses, then most definitely, we should expect any new development from this innovation, this reason makes for the continuous upgrade and update of the VAR system because of not, the discrepancies will get increased to a point of no fixing and then, it may see to the strategical end of it, the VAR is one technology that'd continue to be much useful and that's why we have a task of boosting up it's quality as the world moves technologically, we  won't want to have an out of date system used in our games. It won't deliver as it ought to.

This was undoubtedly a profitable odds, but when I see such results, I always think about the fact that I have to go to the end (sometimes) and bet not just on the underdog winning, but on winning with a handicap of -1 goal. Imagine guessing a handicap game like this. The coefficient was probably 15-20.

Remember what I told you about Asian teams vs Scandinavia/Nordic teams in Euro? Bookies still think they are big underdogs but they are technically very good these days, no stars but physical, while Norway, Sweden, especially (I would add Finland and Iceland) continue to be seen as favourites despite quality dropping.

I took early 8/1 but close to match it was actually 9/1. Handicap was 16/1!

Yep, of course I remember we discussed this in several topics. Such bets are especially good in games where the nominal favorite no longer has motivation (due to a successful tournament or because all chances have already been lost). Hot southern teams always have increased motivation because they are hungry for victories and they have something to prove, regardless of the tournament position.

Group A of UEFA EURO qualifier is not really surprising or exciting yet due Scotland and Spain have been qualify to EURO 2024 despite Scotland have got draw last match from Georgia opponent national team. Have one match left in this group and looks Spain are favorite team will finish on first standings position behind two points remaining from Scotland on current position awhile.
In Group J have been clearly Portugal and Slovakia are teams qualified to EURO 2024, last teams in this group Slovakia have 5 points left behind Luxembourg and its can't catch any more with one match left.  I think still excited with Group B between Ukraine and Italy are teams will fighting one slot left after England have been early qualified to EURO. Yeah the fact that Scotland is qualified make that match not so fierce in terms of play from Scotland side. My mayor surprises from yesterday was the bad game made by Hungary against a super weak Bulgaria, i was also nearby to put some handicap on them, luckily i doesnt.

Situation in this group looks very interesting. It looks that everything will be decided in last game between Italy and Ukraine and today's Italy game with North Macedonia like easy task. But Italy always struggle with North Macedonia, they won only once in 4 games.
Group E looks so complicated. Poland is looking awful in this qualifiers, but they still hold everything their hands. They're playing with Czech Republic at home, odds looks very attractive, but I'm not keen on betting on Poland today. In other game Moldova still have minimal chances to qualify, while if Albania will fail to win,they can ruin their situation. I'm going with Albania win @1.91.

To tell the truth I can't get very hyped about this new technology already now. Because even a great technology like VAR has been abused in so many matches so far. 

I mean in those matches VAR made such horrible decisions that they weren't very different than mistakes a simple referee can make. I really would like to see this new technology to get ahead of this issue and drop the number of such incidents at least in Euro 2024. I hope they don't still continue to make mistakes despite having a more detailed view of an incident with this technology.

It is rather because of human mistakes. Because we have seen so many examples of that until this point. VAR is really a great technology that shows incidents very clearly to the referee to make his final decision. However despite this clear view referees are still making horrible decisions. I have even witnessed a VAR referee misguiding the referee of the match through earpiece. 

Referees need to adapt to this kind of technologies immediately. I don't say that every referee is like that of course. But there are quite many examples on the other hand.

Well.. I agree that the outcome of the match (Scotland vs Georgia) was not important with respect to the qualification scenario. But if they had won this match, then Scotland had a good chance of topping the group (they have defeated Spain once). Conceding a draw against a weak team such as Georgia really surprised me. And I agree on your take on Group G. Serbia will be taking on a weak Bulgaria next, while Montenegro will be facing Hungary. Still Bulgaria is no walkover. They are capable of upsets despite the poor recent form.

What is certain for today's match between Italy and North Macedonia is that they have to win because after all this is one of the things they have to win to make the competition more interesting and decide who deserves to be in the Euro when they face Ukraine in the last match.
The current point difference is still 3 points behind Italy but their goal productivity is a little better and this could be beneficial if in the end they can get 3 points when facing North Macedonia they can still compete and a draw in the last match against Ukraine could also be favorable for them but if in the end in this match they draw or lose then their chance to qualify is only by winning the last match and I think it's a little complicated so it would be better if today they get 3 points.

Luxembourg has defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina by a margin of 4-1, but they are still unable to qualify from Group J. Tomorrow we have a few crucial matches, including Armenia vs Wales and Latvia vs Croatia. For both Wales and Croatia, these matches are must-win, in order for them to qualify for the main tournament. Apart from that Turkey has already secured qualification from  Group D, with 16 points from 7 matches.

Albania is the first team from group E to be qualified for Euro just for the second time in their history after doing so the first time in 2016,this time though they are doing it in style,most likely they will top the group as they I doubt will get any other result except a win against Faroe Island on Monday.First time coach was De Biasi an Italian which played very much defensively,this time it is Sylvinho who brought that Brazilian style of play and Albania has scored some of the most beautiful goals of these qualifiers under this coach.Well done to them.

I'll have a long laugh if Italy loses to North Macedonia today and doesn't make it to the big tournament again because of them... If that happens, then Macedonia can be called the Italian curse... I don't rule out that this could happen because the first game was a draw... But I really hope that Italy will win...

Italy will most likely win as the odd of 1.14 suggest just that in my opinion.North Macedonia is not a good team when playing away and I definitely rule out a draw for them in Italy,Italy was the last winner of the Euro against England so it would be a real shame if they don't make it again,this time chances are super high they will be playing in the Euro 2024 in Germany and most of the great teams will be there.

So the Euro will be a beautiful one as most of these teams like Spain,England,France,Germany and hopefully Italy will be contending to be winners as I rule out any other team like Portugal to repeat their 2016 success again.

I agree, Italy looks like they are much better and should win this game as well, they are definitely better than their opponent, but this is football and we do not know what could happen at any given moment. I understand that sometimes it doesn't really make sense, but I feel like we are not at that point, this doesn't feel like one of those games.

There could be some games where the underdogs could beat the favorites and we all love to see those games, it's great for betting as well, but that's not looking like this game. Italy must win, they need a win, and they need to do their best, and for a team that is heavily favorited and needs a win, I do not think that it will be all that weird for them to get this win at all.

Italy scored second goals from Jorginho's penalty kick and third goals from Fedrico Chiesa and make winning over 3-0 from North Macedonia, current stable if Italy lead until full time back to 2nd place and last match its final between Ukraine vs Italy regarding one spot left to qualify euro 2024. Half time, Italy won over 3-0 and they have control the game with weakness opponent team not difficult get three points. Personally, Italy must winning over 3-0 and second half score as many possibility goal to secure their winning position and prepare for the last match against Ukraine.

If safe win over North Macedonia, Italy need draw on next match enough qualified to euro but not easy last match have away and against Ukraine in front of their fans will make them more motivate to secure one position in euro 2024.

They are playing against Ukraine next week in the last round and I don't think it will all be flowers for Italy.Ukraine is a strong team and they know that is their last chance to secure the Euro,since they are with equal points now and it means that if they get a draw in Ukraine they still qualify because of direct matches being a tie breaker if qualifying ends in the same points so yeah Italy is advantaged and they can choose how they dictate the play there in Ukraine next week.

Italy needs to be in the Euro as they give a certain glamour to these events as even when they are not in the best of their shape they can manage to even win the event.
