If Senagal loses this match tonight, there is no one they have to blame other than Jackson. He has had 2 - 3 beautiful chances, and he wouldn't even shoot on target. There is one particular opportunity right before half-time where he just sent the ball over the bar.

You should be used to it by now, I didn't watch the match but I followed it on livescore and watched few highlights, at HT when I checked the lineup and saw Jackson, I just laughed and was like this one will definitely miss chances and I'm not surprised at all when I read comment of him missing 2 chances only in the first half. At HT I was busy bashing France for not having a single shot on target only for them to come second half and changed the whole dynamics of the game. This is the kind of display from a champion, even if you have a bad first half, it doesn't define the game, the second half is always there to do damages and France proved that once again.

This is the first match that the big team didn't disappoint and played as expected. France dominated the second half and controlled the ball. Mbappe last goal sealed up their victory and put their mind at rest as they secured all three points.

Four goals in the second half shows how interesting the game was. Olise and Mbappe is a good combination no wonder Perez needs Olise in his team.

Kylian Mbappe is a World Cup player, and this is his best stage show him the World Cup and he gives you a Ballon D’or performance. But you can’t praise Mbappe today and France’s win without that man Michael Olise, that pass to Mbappe is spectacular.
Bradley Barcola with an impressive performance too and his club side mate Ibrahima Idiaye with a comeback goal for Senegal. Eduard Mendy did his best it would have been more than this.

The second half was as I expected even though I knew Senegal was one of the better clubs but France is still one of the favorites for now especially since they were finalists in the previous world cup so being 1x2 on France was definitely a must that made me get the win.

For the first half France seemed to be holding back or maybe the scheme wasn't working but in the second half they were very comfortable.
But that 1 goal at 90+5 cost me my other bets as I had a few bets including BTTS Yes & under 3.5 but Ibrahim Mbaye's late goal ruined my 3.80 odds.

Yes they actually performed very poorly in the first half, in facts to the extent that I didn't even expecting that France could be able to meet up anymore, because thier first half was so annoying, despite they touches the Senegal in both first half throughout I was still having a little doubt that they may ended the mat h as draw, but I love the incredible performance I saw at the second half. Although I actually predicted that France could defeat them easily, but at the same time, I knew Senegal will also try thier best to at least have a  goals records. How the results was well impressive and I was impressed with thier performance and hard working, well played to France on thos great achievement, I must thump up for Mbappe first his great weldone job.

The battle between France and Senagal has been come to end and ultimately France has won the match. To be honest this match was really conclude as my expectations like in previous post I mentioned that France has higher chance of winning and definitely they did it successfully and even I predict it 3-1 win for France and they didn't....like below you can see Guys before I mentioned that 3-1 is my prediction which is now officially completed.

Besides that if we talked about the match then probably France were the dominator wether it's in term for ball possession or shot on target. Initially Senagal was using a fast attacking build up but unfortunately at the end it finished with 3-1 lose for Senagal.

My prediction is 3-1 for France.

I think this match will end in a draw again like the previous few matches because in the first half there were no goals --- which means it was boring as hell.

The second half was the turning point for the French players who continued to press the attack on Senegal on the other hand Mendy also made a good save, in the end he was not able to cope with Mbappe's attack.

The most memorable players of the match were Mbappe who scored the goal and Olise who assisted as he was simply mesmerizing.

The first half performance was based on fear from the France team not to concede a single goal first because they have seen how other big teams performed, the players were very careful not to make any mistake, but they came out in the second half of the game to give us an interesting game of football and score three goals to one.

This match is a tough one, Senegal came with hope also in this game because some of their fellow African counties did really well in their first matches; but they couldn’t withstand Mbappe and he scored two goals in the match.

It is not yet over for Senegal, they still have some hope because if they win their matches against Norway and against Iraq, they can still make it to the next round.

I literally lost interest in the game in the first half. It was a boring one, and I forgot to even continue with the second half.
Well, mbappe never fails to disappoint. He's indeed the star man, and star men must always deliver in crucial moments. Although, I was rooting for Senegal to maybe get a draw, because I have been following up with them in the past 4-5 years now, and I have really enjoyed their progress. But this result is not a bad one at all. They still stand a chance of making it to the next round if they can eventually go on to do well in their next 2 games. Let's see what Norway plays in the next 40 minutes. A win is likely to happen, but the Senegalese would take a draw to help them prepare better for the next game.

It has long been known that Senegal will not be able to win against France, especially since Senegal is not able to compete with the team that was the runner-up in the last World Cup, but Jackson had more than 5 chances but could not take advantage of any of them. However, in the 68th minute of the game, he himself had a kick in the net but it was offside. Even then, he had multiple chances but could not take advantage of them, so today's match was only due to a few failed attempts by Jackson, and Senegal lost 2-0.

It ended 3:1 in favour of France and not 2:0. Kylian Mbappe produced another man of the match performance today and he’s edging closer to becoming France’s all time highest goal scorer and also highest goal scorer in the World Cup. Senegal was good in the first half of the game, but towards the second half France took control after scoring the first goal of the match and adding another goal before senagal scored one to make it 2:1 hoping to come back into the game only for Kylian Mbappe to bury the match with a long Range shot leaving Eduardo Mendy with no chance of getting to save the ball from entering the back of the net. Senegal needs to improve in their tactical ability especially in front of  goal Because they lacked the creativity in front of goal. If Senegal can fix this before their next game then they can get a chance to win and hopefully qualify from the group.

Mbappe was on fire, he was so classical and this is what we call the best of performance from Kylian Mbappe. Senegal had their most best chances in the first half of the game and they didn’t make good use of it. It was just like France had to change their game pattern entirely and the second half went completely in their favour to come out as the winner in this game.

As always, Barcola was the super substitute to increase the number of goals for the team. Ibrahim Gueye that scored for Senegal is really a great player to look out for, he finished that ball brilliantly and I hope he’ll give more of this performance on the coming games for his team. It was a nice game, and France who made use of their opportunities more prevailed and won the match by three goals to one.

The result is extremely what all expected from that game at last. From onset all predicted the game to end in favour of France because they are one of  the best in the world now  but I will say that result was as result of Senegal's over confidence,  if not the game would have ended with not more than a goal difference.
To rap it all i will say it was indeed a great day for both sides because the game i watched today was a very interesting one as but teams where open and strong enough to face each other to prove there worth in the game but it is a very strong and good game to watch.

I only watched one half of the France vs Senegal match. I thought the first half was evenly matched, with both teams playing well, Creating chances and Attacking each other. With the score at 0-0 at Halftime, I thought the second half would be even more intense, But unfortunately, I didn't get to watch it because I fell asleep.

I checked the final score online and was surprised to see France winning 3-1. However, from the Statistics I saw, france played more aggressively in the second half, Allowing them to pressure senegal and score.
Mbappe was France hero, scoring two goals in their opening world cup match. I think he'll score many goals in every Match because of his sharp finishing.

Just like I said in my earlier comment knowing fully well how tough this match was going to be from the very beginning, I predict that my betting line if I am to bet will be to both teams making goals scores,nthe first half was really competing for France and Senegal but in the last minute of the second half we saw how Mbappé delivered the first goal in the 66 minutes of the game and also scored the last goal that bring they total goals to 3:2 Mbappé was the man of the match for France tonight this is indeed a good win for the France team.

Senegal is the strongest team in Africa, and we all know the quality they have, but France plays a completely different style of football. Mbappe is continuing to dominate in his usual fashion, and I'm already predicting that he'll finish as the tournament's top scorer.Honestly, after watching many teams so far, i think there will be plenty of surprises in this World Cup. But based on the way France is playing right now, it's hard to see many teams being able to compete with them. They look extremely strong and are definitely among the main favorites to win the tournament

Naaah mbappe wasn't on fire until  the last minutes. But Senegal did well , they could have even snatched a point or win during the first half when they were so energetic. That Nikolas Jackson wood work could have changed the trajectory of the game. Senegal didn't show any sign of fear , they played normal. It was just unfortunate that they couldn't keep up with that pace in the second half like they had in the first half. During that second half was when France started waking up and playing well. Olise was brilliant today, he set up some good passes that mbappe couldn't convert but finally did in his first goal. I hope Senegal can come back stronger against Iraq and Norway in order to qualify. I have no nothing much to really say about mbappe except for his second goal which was awesome. I believe he will win the golden boot again with 7-8 goals.

Senegal defense made some blunder mistakes France first and second goals was actually a defensive error no player was even close to Mbappe and as an experience striker he doesn't have to delay an single seconds in the 18 years box and he made a one touch goal, there second goal was also a brilliant one that was Barcola first ball touch of the game and he knew if he plays it down Mendy might save it with his leg so he has to tip it up and scored. Nice performance from K. Mbappe 2 goals in one appearance he still has more goals in this group stage.
