Yes, Canada really humiliate Qatar, who made a terrible impression, a sending off in the opening minutes is simply unacceptable at a World Cup final tournament. You would expect the players to be carefully selected, yet at times they seem like semi-professionals palyers. What’s more, Qatar have absolutely no players who are any good at playing football, if they qualify to the World Cup, it just goes to show that the standard of play over there is really low, even Iraq and Cape Verde played better.
I have to admit that South Africa and Qatar are currently the worst teams in terms of technique and tactics.

South Korea played a pretty good match against Mexico, I can say that neither team had a huge advantage, it was a more or less even game. South Korea still has a very good chance, I think it's unlikely the Czech Republic will beat Mexico in the last match. A draw would be quite enough for Mexico, so I admit that Mexico could draw with the Czech Republic in the last game, and a draw with Africa would also be enough for South Korea. But I think South Korea is even capable of beating South Africa and not having to worry about the other match, thus advancing to the playoffs.

Qatar chances of qualifying for the knockout stage are now slim, but mathematically they can still advance to the next round, but it would take a miracle, with Bosnia playing poorly and Canada being thrashed by Switzerland or vice versa with a crushing score. Qatar's fate is now no longer completely in their own hands, but is very dependent on Switzerland/Canada and Bosnia. If Switzerland and Canada play eye to eye in the final game, then Qatar will have to pack their bags early.

When I tried to figure out what Qatar’s strengths were that allowed them to advance, I couldn’t find any. After what happened in the match against Canada, I actually think they need to learn a lot more—especially how to play professionally. It would be better if they went home early from this tournament.

Against Bosnia, they don’t stand a chance of winning on the field either. Switzerland will face Canada in their final group stage match; I hope Switzerland can have an easy time of it—at the very least, I hope the match ends in a draw so that Qatar finishes at the bottom of the group standings.

South Africa is in a tight corner but they could still make it to the round of 32. If Mexico beats Czechia and they beat South Korea, they would qualify. The problem now is that Mexico might not give its best in its next game since they have already qualified. This is because they might want to rest their best players for the next round. 

Another challenge will be South Africa's ability to win South Korea. Mexico had to fight very hard to get that slight win. But in football, nothing is impossible, so the three remaining teams have the chance of qualifying for the next round.

Qatar is a rising national team in Asia as in the last ten years, they have spent a lot of resources for developing their youth academies which actually contributing to increase of their domestic player quality, and their national team quality. This is shown in their results in latest Asian Cups where they performed almost equally with strongest national teams in Asia.

However their disadvantage is lack of star players who are playing for clubs in Europe, and in this aspect, they are under Japan, South Korea and Iran. This truly affects their performances when participating in World Cup, and since World Cup 2022 Qatar have yet shown that they're improving in this tournament at all.

A big defeat in a match with Canada, red cards result in a likely early ending of Qatar in World Cup 2026 but if they actually finish this tournament this way, it's still valuable experience for them in the future.

I wasn't expecting any surprises from Qatar in this world cup and I expected their performance to be this poor. I know that they will be eliminated from the group stage because they lack the quality to survive to the round of 16. Two red cards is a no go area for a strong team talk more, of Qatar that's week.

England showed a lot of brilliance yesterday on the pitch yesterday against Croatia. Croatia had a weak defense which was unable to stop England attackers from penetrating their defense easily. Harry Kane the goal opener for his team was able to double his goal since no defender could stop him. A great start for the English men.

England played aggressively and won 4-2 in their opening group match. Although with or without the red card, Canada must win that match because they are not in the same level with Qatar. But that second red card was not worthy at all. The challenge was hardly even worthy of a yellow card talk more of red card. It's not always about the severity of the injury, it should all be about the challenge which was very minimal. The officiating was very terrible and it seemed like the refree was favouring Canada in most of his decision. I guess they were favored because they are co-host nation but that was too obvious and took away the fun of the game.

I haven't found any attracting game yesterday. I mean a match with a big team in it at least. Tonight Brazil are playing against Haiti. I don't expect anything less than a win for Brazil finally.

Madibo said he was really sorry after the match as far as I've heard. It wasn't intentional but unfortunately Kone is expected to be out for 4-5 months after the first examination.  

As for the match Canada have gained a huge advantage thanks to winning 6-0. Getting even one point against Switzerland will be enough to top their group.

When I tried to figure out what Qatar’s strengths were that allowed them to advance, I couldn’t find any. After what happened in the match against Canada, I actually think they need to learn a lot more—especially how to play professionally. It would be better if they went home early from this tournament.

This is certainly true, and I also see the statistics 79% versus 21% meaning they need to improve their ball possession. This is a World Cup and every team has a goal in every match. So it's natural to say something like that to the Qatar team. They don't seem to have a mission visa to participate in this World Cup especially since the score they received is quite reasonable. So I think they will experience the same thing in their next match especially since they will face Bosnia and Herzegovina who have the same points as them in their last match.

Against Bosnia, they don’t stand a chance of winning on the field either. Switzerland will face Canada in their final group stage match; I hope Switzerland can have an easy time of it—at the very least, I hope the match ends in a draw so that Qatar finishes at the bottom of the group standings.

It’s impossible for Qatar not to have a vision for the World Cup. If that were true, they wouldn’t have put in such a strong effort during the qualifying rounds—even making it to the decisive playoff match, which was held in Qatar despite the fact that, as a participating team, it should have been played on neutral ground. What are the results so far from the two matches they’ve played in this World Cup?

Bosnia was the more dominant team in many respects, even though they lost to Switzerland. When Bosnia faced Canada, they managed a draw, but Qatar lost to Canada.

There is no reason to consider the Qatar team strong. But we saw their strong defense against Switzerland in the first match. The match ended 1-1 . Switzerland managed to make a total of  27 shots in this match. They had 70% ball possession. Even then, Switzerland could not win the match. Switzerland's only goal was also from the penalty  spot. So I thought it  would not be easy to win against canada. But canada played great and  scored 6 goals in  this match. Qatar's defenders can't make any advantage in this match.

It is usually very difficult to place bets on matches that involve Croatia, because they are a very volatile team. You never know how they will perform. On a given day, they may defeat giants such as Brazil (like what they did during the 2022 FIFA World Cup). And on some other day, they may get hammered by relatively weak teams such as Albania (Euro Cup 2024).

It seems you are wrong with what you said, we can see from the ball possession and several attacks created by Korea when the score was still 0-0, it is very clear from the statistics of both teams that Mexico was overwhelmed facing South Korea and they also did not even get a corner kick from the first half to the second half, that this is clearly Mexico got lucky in this match with the goal that Mexico created against South Korea.

This is certainly true because every team playing at home is highly motivated. They are guaranteed to be sufficiently motivated by their own fans. They also don't want to put on a performance that isn't worth watching. With this victory they certainly become one of the first teams to qualify for the next round. You are right mate but I don't think that Mexico will love to lose that match because all they need is a draw to put South Korea on the third place. Czechia will find it difficult to win Mexico in their home land. It's only Mexico that's on six points clear in group A.

South Korea is going to have to win their next game to be able to safely qualify. Canada has also impressed as a Co-Host beating Qatar 6:0 is no small feat cos even Switzerland wasn’t able to win them.
