Today France are to face England In the 2026 FIFA world cup tournament, to fight for the third place, my hope are for England to win the match.

Even though France have one of the best attacking trio in the football world right now, they will find it difficult to win against England. I also think that England will give France a tough time in wining that is, of they win.

We shall see what the outcome will be by the end of the match.

England - France match will soon kick off. If Tuchel plays Kobbie Mainoo in this match and he does well, then Tuchel should be sacked immediately. I don’t see any reason why he wouldn’t play Kobbie Mainoo in the tournament, even his selection was questionable. How can you not bring  Trent Alexander Arnold but you brought Madueke who has never had a good season in his club side. I’m pretty sure Tuchel won’t risk his job bby playing Mainoo tonight.

That will be a tough match to watch and the way I see it I think France can get more opportunities to achieve the victory then England because there playing pattern against France is something the same and if you check the players France, they have much players then England but we can’t predict who will get the opportunity to win the game but are will support England to get the third place. Let just see how the match will ends but I will Surly support England then France. Am still looking England match against Argentina no body will expect they will win the match and qualify for the final.

I am not sure he is even in the starting lineup for this match, it seems Tuchel doesn't trust Kobiee Mainoo. He did alot of rotation in this match, so expect Maino to start but I saw Declan rice in the Xi. Maybe he finally playas a substitute in the second half, but if I was Mainoo I swear to God I won't play the match. From group stage to the semi -final he didn't have a minute, now that they want to play a stupid 3rd playoff he wants to now play him. I still don't understand the use of this 3rd playoff, I feel it should even be scrapped off. I am not even sure both teams will even put effort and seriousness in this match. But my wish is for England to win 1-0 , because I don't want Mbappe to score and lead the golden boot race.

To even predict the FIFA World Cup game is just tiring at the moment. The teams I predicted will reach the final didn't make it to the final.

I've seen the line up of the third place play-off between France and England and looking at the options here, I think France are going to win the game.

England manager decided to make changes to his regular starting XI in this World Cup as key players like Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham are both starting from the bench. I'll be surprised if France fail to win this game.  

According to my prediction, 2 out of 3 favorites are in the final. My favorites to win the title after the World Cup started or before it started were France, Argentina and Spain. However, I had more hopes for France than Spain for the final. But they confirmed their exit before the final. Moreover, Argentina and Spain qualified for the final as expected teams. It is no longer possible to predict, the result can be anything.

It's going exactly as I expected. England have made a good start and are dominating the game so far. Even though Bellingham and Harry Kane are not in the starting line-up today, they are still playing well.
We can actually see the frustration on Mbappe's face. I don't know why, but I think France are not in the form they started with. And I think France are more likely to lose this match. And among them, the main star players of the England team are still sitting on the bench. If they are taken off after the break, then there will be extra pressure on the French team.

What? First of all, scoring 3 or 4 goals against a team like England is no easy job at all. And, on top of that, you are expecting that number of goals from a single player? So, potentially, France could even score 5-6 to England? I really don't understand. Of course the teammates will try to help Mbappé to score but I don't think England are going to help him too...

I think many of we treating this third place playoff match as just normal fixture and are underestimating its potential. To be honest both team were desperate to reach the final but failed. So no player from England or France wants to see their last match of this tournament ended in defeat when they step onto the pitch. Still a lot of prize are up for grab like- National pride, FIFA ranking point, prize money, even individual recognition like Golden Boot. Mbappe is still in the running for Golden Boot competition. While England have huge chance to achieve their best World Cup result since 1966. So there is still a lot to fight for.

3-4 goals are imaginary & fabricated fantasies. England's defense may be facing some problem but their team is not the kind that will collapse like this in every match.

Mbappe is tied with Messi on goals for the Golden Boot. But he's actually LOSING the tiebreaker right now, as Messi has more assists. So tonight he steps onto that pitch knowing this is his one and only opportunity to score and hopefully Messi will miss the shot tomorrow. In fact, these bronze matches have essentially chosen the Golden Boot winner four or five times in history. It keeps happening. Teams begin feeding their guy and the entire form of the game begins to change due to one player's personal chase.

No one knows if if the first to score will end up losing the game this time because Thomas Tuchel and his players must have learnt so much after their last defeat against Argentina so they will be mindful of how they will go about handling their goal cause they now understand that one goal is not enough to give them victory.

The French team players are being humiliated by the English team, looking at the performance of the English team, it seems like they are playing against a weak team, but this time the favorite team was France, they are always under pressure and even though France counters them, they are being humiliated and destroyed by the English team's defense.

France really disappointed me in the World Cup because I wanted them to win the World Cup this year, and they disappointed me in the semi final of the tournament, they got eliminated by Spain which I didn’t really believe.
