I believe no one here expected to see a big scores like this for this crucial match. 10 goals in a single game for that matter, is it a basketball? I'm not saying it's not possible but coming from a two strong teams, honestly it's surprising and in a world cup again. But for me this is a big embarrassment to France team to concede six goals in this tournament, because no other team was rated for this world cup like France, but Spain and England have proved to the world that France is overrated. It was like a friendly match even though it was the third place match of the world cup. In this match we  saw that the players of both the france and England squads were targeting  to score. No one wanted to keep the defense strong. France conceded  4 goals in the first half. But their  comeback in the second half  was also quite enjoyable.

Despite conceding 4 goals in the first half , France wanted to win  the match. That is why the second half of the match became  more enjoyable. In the second half we saw 6 goals. Even after  90 minutes, both teams managed to score one goal each in  extra time.

I dont remember any game for a third place in football with such high score rate. Spectators must be very lucky to see so many goals in one game, and especially in a game for third place. It is a really rare moment when someone losing 0:4 is still able to score and make it 3:4; to minimize goal difference. They simply played without worrying about their position first, but rather to show what they are capable of. Nobody expected a scoreline in world cup , France looked dangerous going forward but defensively they were all over the place and spain took full advantage. It was one of those games that reminds one football can still surprise everyone France attack was exciting but their defensive problem where exposed against a team that punished every mistake. Initially, it was as if nothing France was playing for that was why they were so reluctant and was forcing the game like they were in there previous games and England also was not that serious but they were trying to capitalize on there chances and it would have been a big shame or disgrace if England lost the game yesterday after winning 4 null in the first half and all of a sudden France scored 3 goals in a row without England scoring again that was really crazy. That was a lovely match and I rate it so highly. Fine, my preference and almost analysts side of predictions did not win, but the match is entertaining and full of attacks and goals. I believe England didn't want to go into a full defensive mode to avoid what happened between Egypt and Argentina, and even them and Argentina, but wanted to keep the pace going. That actually helped them. Sometimes, you don't always defend what you have achieved, but continue to be vicious to attack more to gain more. It helped eventually.

As for Mbappe scoring twice, that was my greatest joy. After all, a French side wins something. I don't think Messi would be able to upturn this, though he will try.
