My prediction for this game is for France to win against England.

I mean with the outcome of 2 goals for France and 1 for England. Send-off for Didier Deschamps and then, Thomas Tuchel willing to prove a point that he is the guy for them come the next major competition ( National league  and Euros ). I'm done complaining, the beautiful game of football now seems more like Hollywood under the current FIFA President. Pathetic!!

To be honest, things turned out differently. I also thought France was going to win, but England surprised me a lot. If they had played like that against Argentina, without sitting back defensively, they would have been in the final. But you learn from something... Deschamps won't be there anymore; now it will be Zidane. I don't think Tuchel will forgive him for the mistake against Argentina. Besides, I see that England has very good coaches; any of them is up to the task.

I still do not believe the whole "Messi bathed Yamal" thing, are we 100% sure that it is Yamal as a baby in that picture, or did someone just said it was Yamal and the world went wit hit? Like do we have an exact proof that it was Yamal?

Today is the day everyone has been waiting for, this match carries a lot of expectations, Messi fans are expecting him to score 3 goals today so he can pass Mbappe in terms of goals so he can lift the World Cup golden boot or he should score 2 goals and give 1 assist.
In this match the strongest team is going to win, Argentina player’s usually put in their best effort to make sure they win and they give it their all, the only way Spain is going to win them is when they give in everything they have into this final.
As for me I’m not going to bet on this match because I want to enjoy the match, I have no expectation anymore anyone can win.

Spain is going to face Argentina in the WC26 final. Back to back finals for Argentina and Messi last time they did it can they do it again against Spain champions of Europe. Champions of Latin America are going against champions of Europe. They both have done an incredible job in the semifinals. Spain knocked out France the favorites to win the WC and Argentina fought back for their position in the final against England to face Spain in the final. If we look at it statistically Argentina has more experienced players than Spain but last time they did an incredible job against France in Semifinal. Spain has young players who are playing their first ever WC like lamine yamal. But if i have to pick one I would go for Spain their chemistries are unmatched.

It's halftime now I won't say the pressure is getting to him, he is playing wonderful ball but this Argentina are playing a very horrible brand of football, it feels like there end goal is to either injure Yamal or Dani Olmo, literally all Tagliafico's tackles are fouls, it's just that the Argentina team has always been this rough so the refs doesn't really pay it much mind. This feels like the before African type of matches and playing like this will see this match end 0-0.

Spain is a team that loves to be in possession of the ball and that’s exactly what they are doing in this first half against Argentina, they look the more vibrant side and they created more goal scoring opportunities than Argentina. Lamine yamal almost put Spain in front only to see his shot saved by The Argentina goal keeper. Spring seem to come with a game plan of trying to keep Lionel Messi quiet in this game as he’s not had enough of the ball so far in this first half. If the game continues like this in the second half then I think Spain might just get a goal and probably win the game because they looked like the team that really comes to play to win.

What an entertaining first half, as expected it was a high intensity game where the both teams came out to play and tried to scored. Spain as expected dominated the game as they have a better ball possession in this first half, Argentina was good in their backline as they were able to absorb the pressure that came from the Spanish attack. I expect that Spain will keep on mounting up this pressure going into the second half of this game and find a way to break down the Argentina defense line because they have not been that great going into the Argentina backline.

This first half has been literally tight for both teams even though Spain has had more of the possession, Argentina hasn’t done bad defensively either, i knew this final match between Spain and Argentina won’t produce much goals because both sides will be really conservative, am really impressed with the game play so far but with the way the match is going i feel the winner might be decided in penalties. I 100% support Argentina, but I will give the first half to Spain. They are technical, bold, determine and they are now playing like a very experienced players. This is still the first half, so a lot of thing can still come and happen in second half.

there has no been goal yet, I hope second half can change that and bring goal. Argentina are still conserving energy so they don't get exhausted quickly, but they don't have to do that, they should put up that their playing spirit, they should not wait till they are scored against before they come out and start playing.

This is exactly what a final should look like, not what we saw in the match between France and England yesterday. Spain dominated the first half while Argentina defended but Spain should be careful of Argentina because one counter-attack from Argentina can become dangerous. Spain needs to settle down in the second half so that they don't get exhausted too quick. I like the pace of the game because there's is no dull or boring moments here, it's just that no goal have been scored by either teams but we should expect goals in the second half. Even with the fact that Spain had more ball possession but I think the game is balanced. The next 45 minutes will prove if they will move to extra time or the result will be decided at full-time.
