Lol at the people hyper focusing on the golden ball award when the real prize was claimed by Spain for their outstanding team game dominance throughout the entire tournament. I couldn't care less as to who wins the other awards frankly speaking.
Same logic applies to literally every sports tournament out there. Rodri won the golden ball which is good for him, but the true prize is the FIFA WC trophy which is all that matters at the end of the day to most people.
Rodri is very lucky to have made such a comeback after his injury; many footballers can't do that. Two years ago, when he got injured, many said he wouldn't be able to return to his old form, but now he's made his mark at the World Cup and won this award as one of his country's most important players. There is no more important award for any country than winning the World Cup; Spain really played very well This is the best squad Spain has ever produced since 2010 that they won their first world cup. It's just 16 years interval before winning this one. This shows that Spain players are really good. Of course, I didn't expect such an outstanding performance from Rodri in this world cup but he has proven to the world that he's the best midfielder currently, because he came back from injury and his performance and picked form again.

Ronaldo won't be participating in the next world cup again so this already concluded world cup is his last. Ronaldo has tried his best and even though he wasn't able to win the world cup before hanging his boot people still have a lot of respect and love for him. The 2030 world cup will be fascinating I am wondering what will become of Argentina since it's been been confirm that messi will not participate in the next world cup I'm curious to know what will then happen to Argentina without messi because this whole time they have been depending on messi to help them win their matches.
I think that Ronaldo has completely overturned the history of Portugal, bringing titles and trophies, making his people remember their love for the shirt and inspiring many players, he has almost recreated the Portuguese football club and you can see it from what he won before CR7 to what he won after.

I also shared this thoughts in my head at a certain time, especially after the games they played against Egypt and England. I do not see it that way now, I feel they had this soft spot for Argentina whenever they play. Maybe a slight bias but we should never say it was rigged either. I take back my words if I ever penned down these thoughts of mine by mistake. I also won't say the game was boring. It only exposed how Argentina are more of a vile and disgusting side if you pull out Lionel Messi. Glad football won.
The final was still full of tension but apart from this it showed an exaggerated level of unsportsmanship, even at the end of the match there were some episodes not worthy of two teams facing a World Cup final, several kicks and some pushing were thrown... tension and competitive malice are fine but there is still a tolerance that should not be exceeded.

Although I consider Argentina a sister nation and was delighted that they reached the final, I wasn’t happy with the way they played. They were far too underhand, especially Paredes, who should have been sent off for a second yellow card as well. But when he started picking a fight after the match had finished, he showed what a piece of shit he is.
In any case, all’s well that ends well. Spain won the cup fair and square.
What the Argentine players displayed in yesterday’s final, especially Paredes, was truly shameful, particularly the incident after the match ended when he struck Gavi. Will Paredes’s action of striking Gavi result in sanctions from FIFA? It certainly should. Such behavior cannot be justified. Spain has saved soccer by winning the World Cup trophy. Imagine if Argentina had won. It’s truly unfair to me because they were heavily favored by the referees throughout the tournament. That’s why it’s no surprise that Argentina has earned the label of FIFA’s “favorite son.”

I don't think any red cards were shown for the incidents at the end of the match. I can't quite remember. However, I saw that the Argentinian players were very angry. This anger isn't that important because they showed no presence in the match. If they had shown the same determination during the game, they might have won the match at the end of 90 minutes.

Some people seems to have started to see football pretty recently, i mean how someone can ask what is gonna be of Argentina without Messi impliying like they are gonna dissapear from top spot football, guys is still Argentina is not a country who only had a golden generation. I know for sure losing a player of that quality is gonna setback you a little but they still have a ton of players in top teams being between the best of the world like Lautaro Martinez and Julian Alvarez, and what if Nico Paz become one of the greatest player in the upcoming years?

Like I said above, they displayed how much of a scum and dirty side they're as a team. It went down to the assistant manager of Argentina hitting Daniel Olmo in the neck. They're bitter, disgusting and sore-losers. I will not be surprised in the slightest way if they do not get some level of suspension or strong penalties for their actions immediately Spain was declared winners. Lionel Messi also, the Captain, did nothing to hold back his teammates when they engaged in such ill treatments against their opponents.

I love Lautaro Martinez and I was shocked that Scaloni didn't let him play in the final, he was really necessary. By the way, it's also clear how team misses Di Maria. Nico Paz is an interesting player and I really think that he will significantly help Argentina in the next World Cup but they'll definitely miss Messi a lot because since I remember, Messi has been carrying this team and without Messi, they wouldn't come this far. Scaloni will leave the team too. Argentina needs a good coach and team members need to chill a little bit. Scaloni wasn't a good coach for Argentina, he was simply very lucky that there was a hungry Messi in his team and again, he was very lucky Messi was on the field during every match because Messi was always moving on the right flank and then the fate of the match was changing in favor of Argentina.

No doubt a lot of individuals find it suspicious that Argentina 🇦🇷 was not able to even get a shot on target, which is strange. But that shouldn't be that the tournament was scripted. Top nation teams have gotten a poor games before, most especially when the other side do press well and has a good possession. Football is game full of surprises always, let just accept it that Spain outplayed Argentina then assuming the result was Planned by FIFA. This types of results make football interesting
World Cup is just too big a tournament to be scripted, a whole lot is invested on that competition and i wonder why with all of that people will still think it was scripted, Football does happen sometimes and we cannot stop it from happening, Argentina not having a shot on target is something that can happen to any team and we cannot say because of that a game was scripted. if it were to be in some very small domestic lower division league games i will want to consider the possible chance but in this case i believe it is not something i should associate with such global event, but if someone chooses to think that way, then it is up to them to think that way. Just like Argentina Spain did their best and got luckier, maybe Argentina was not just lucky enough that day.

We can’t assume they’re people who are just getting to know football. They’re simply not ready for the shift in the rivalry between the two greatest players of this era. And I personally think that many people believe they’ll lose one of the players with truly extraordinary talent. But perhaps they’ve forgotten that in the coming era there will be so many players from the golden generation ready to put on spectacular performances in countless moments in football. The era of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi may soon come to an end. But their spirit lives on for the next eras of football. We can see that there are so many young players today who still look up to them—players who currently hold numerous Ballon d’Or awards. And I’m confident that in the next era there will be fierce competition among several players ready to win many such awards. On the other hand I personally see that Lamine Yamal has the potential to become part of a golden generation that will compete at the highest level. His recent victory at the World Cup with Spain further demonstrates that he is a player who is highly anticipated and even will be in the spotlight. And I think Mbappé will be the second-biggest contender who will also be in the spotlight given that his performance cannot be underestimated at all on many occasions.

Honestly, he has done so well for the Portuguese football both in the national and international, I personally knew that Portugal is a good team is because of Ronaldo, he has done so well which I still respect him and consider him one of the greatest player of all time, he is a record maker and despite his final match with is national team he was still appreciated by their fan. He equally make a record in this competition, which making the only player that score in the all six World Cup competitions that he has participated. I was so annoying with the rest of Portuguese players because what I see in their face is jealousy, at least they should have exercise patience because no matter what Ronaldo must retired.

I don't justify what the players or the officials from the Argentina national team did. But that kind of thing is very likely to happen because of the high expectations they already had for the final match. They were confident about winning the trophy before the final was even over. But they forgot that their opponent, Spain, is also tough. Really disappointed with their performance and the situation of losing. It messed everything up.

Just like Argentina Spain did their best and got luckier, maybe Argentina was not just lucky enough that day.
I do understand how much people love Argentina, Brazil and the other classic teams but to be fair, Argentina has nothing to do with the final of the World Cup. Their presence there wasn't fair and losing the cup honored the competition from the corruption of FIFA. In Qatar 2022, although the surprising defeat of Argentina against Saudi Arabia but people supported them, including me. The game there was fair and there was some respect to football and no political involvement were noticed. Here the amount of interference by political orders and VAR manipulation is questionable. So to resume, luck has nothing to do with Spain victory. It was well deserved.

honestly It's funny how some Ronaldo fans always look for a way to criticise Messi.
Ronaldo’s fans hate Messi because Messi has already won the World Cup. That’s why they look for ways to keep criticizing Messi, even if it’s in a silly and unreasonable way. I sometimes laugh at the behavior of Ronaldo’s fans on social media who bash Messi. Sometimes I find myself thinking, “What’s wrong with Ronaldo’s fans?” It seems so ridiculous, and it seems like many of them don’t even understand soccer. they’re just blindly fanatical.

I really don't understand the hate between Ronaldo and Messi fans. Both players are great players so why can't both be acknowledged for their wonderful performances in the football but some people are just looking to criticize one and make the other one look better. To me when I look at it I think I they both have won different trophies and awards and they won a lot of them so winning a world cup doesn't make one better than the other. Sincerely we all have different views about football and we will definitely have different favourite players so if anyone prefers Messi to Ronaldo or Ronaldo to Messi then there's no reason to argue that your favorite player is better the other. I think people should start acknowledging both players for the wonders they done for football instead of all the argument. They are both great players.

The same thing Ronaldo fans are doing to Messi is the same thing Messi fans are doing to Ronaldo so you guys should stop complaining. Messi lifted the world cup and no Ronaldo fan is jealous of him, it takes the whole team to lift a trophy and not one person.

But it stands to reason that fans speak well of their idol and speak badly of their antagonist, it's a classic. Instead, a true athlete like me greatly appreciates the player's skills, but I appreciate the person's humanity even more after becoming famous. They are both level players, two different styles, different stories but they still attract fans and non-fans to the sport and that's enough to say they are great.

But that kind of thing is very likely to happen because of the high expectations they already had for the final match. They were confident about winning the trophy before the final was even over. But they forgot that their opponent, Spain, is also tough. Really disappointed with their performance and the situation of losing. It messed everything up. Argentina's unwavering fight in every match instilled confidence in them. Spain is a very good team, and Argentina forgot that. Spain winning the tournament without giving Argentina any chances once again showed everyone how good they are. This Spain, with its young and experienced players, will achieve even more success.

That match ended with more goals, just that the first goal was cancelled which I still don't know why, but it's obvious that Argentina struggled with national teams that are not up to their standard of play, to me if Argentina had played a national teams of top 10 in their knockout stages, they wouldn't have gone that far, if you look as the path that France, Portugal and Spain followed you will know that they really tried but Argentina played with 3 of African teams but still couldn't win convincingly. I am not saying African teams are not good but that Argentina have earned a reputation that they are and will always be considered the favourite in a game like that against any African team even though football happens at times, But they couldn't win convincingly, it was a war for them. The biggest team they met was England and Spain. But regardless I won't say, the world cup was rigged for them but they didn't do well too, it's the path they followed to the final that helped make it somehow easy compared to the other side of the path to final that was very deadly with strong and powerful teams.
There's something about that final that makes me feel it's scripted, maybe Argentina got support from FIFA, allegedly. Maybe Argentina players were too aggressive in some match, but we can't deny that they're a good team and good at team work, it makes me confused as to why they played like they've never played football in their entire life in that final, am still suprised. Like how can Argentina not get any shot in full 90mins, think about it dear. I get shocked when I think about it cause it's not supposed to happen that way, the competition looks scripted, I feel that FIFA's trying to move on from Messi to Yamal, it was a perfect scripted stuff, no wonder Messi had to coincidentally bath a little kid, Yamal who's turned out to be the new star. This types of results make football interestimg Argentina wasn't able to shoot on target against Spain but it's worth mentioning that Argentina was able to defend itself very well and didn't let Spain score a goal in the 90 minutes. In additional time, Spain only scored 1 goal and that's how the game ended. If we consider how Emi Martinez saved so many amazing potential goals and how Argentina tried to attack in the last minutes, it's safe to say that this match wasn't rigged but I noticed that referees were favouring Spain because Enzo Fernandez didn't deserve the first yellow card and in the second case, it looked like a Spanish player was exaggerating the foul.

Argentina performed very well throughout the tournament, but in the final stage they took Spain very lightly. And we understood this very well by watching their performance. Argentina's poor performance in the final stage really disappointed everyone. Basically, Argentina was better than Spain in attack in every match before the final, but their attack in the final is so bad that it can't be accepted in any way. But that's the main thing, it's really impossible to say when a team's performance is going to be good or bad, even whatever it is the final match, and this final match is the proof.
