Weird round for me as well, can't get anything right. My only point is from good old Portugal, who usually has low-scoring games in the qualifiers.

I did win the basketball question though, and am 2-0 up against Renato297, but all of our remaining 4 answers are different.
I feel he's got no chance to get Q7 correct, so I do feel this round could finally bring me a much needed victory.

I was able get this right too, it was an easy decision for me, knowing how much of a patch the Portuguese team is going through and Slovakia aren’t the opponent to concede large amount of goals too.

If there was any question I felt so undone by that would going with France to win in the Rugby World Cup opener against New Zealand but not going for the Under 47.5, and also not following my instinct on Ben Shelton to oust Frances Tiafoe, those two questions would have guaranteed my victory for this round, but now I need England to win without conceding any goal to have a very great chance to get 3 points, if not, it’s going to be a very delicate margin for the remaining few questions.

My opponent is already 3 goals up, and I'm done with this horrible season. Trofo, you were right, my odds of being dropped to Div 2 are extremely good. I'll be surprised if I'm not relegated at this point.

Fun facts: I have yet to get a point since the start of the football season, and my knowledge of the game and how I assess the teams are vastly different. I was excited for the season to begin just to have it turn into a nightmare. I wish the Cro2 could bring DOTA questions back.  If I don't get the next six points, I'm down with.

It’s just pathetic how Gareth Southgate have a lot of great talent at his disposal, but can’t put together a team worth the opponents tinkering or trying to raise their level to compete or get result off the 3 lions. Guehi and Harry Maguire paired as starting CB choice for Southgate what else could anyone expect, if that isn’t enough as a recipe for disaster.. My fear is that if the FA isn’t careful or find a capable manager soon enough, this great generation of talents, might just end up like the much hyped “Golden generation” of Belgium, which turned out to be nothing but a complete waste of generational talents.

Thanks to Oleksandr Zinchenko, because of the 1 goal he scored, those of us who answered "No" managed to win easily in the fourth question. Now I'm 2 goals ahead of @entebah and have the potential to get the full 3 points. Next is the Kosovo - Switzerland match, hopefully Switzerland doesn't disappoint this time by not allowing Kosovo to score.

Same thing happening to me, fringe sports are much easier to research and questions are usually more poised for that kind of thinking. Football comes down to the luck often since we are trying to make questions in a way that we get even distribution on all answers. And then it is really such fine margins to get it right, might as well toss a coin.

Last week I had 1 point and this week isn't looking much better.

They were good in the WC, have done great in the qualifiers so far, they were by far the better team away to Ukraine today and they conceded from Ukraine's only shot on target.

They had it far worse than Southgate in recent years and in my opinion he should be given more credit. The thing is that he's really not that likable and his career was basically nonexistent, so he gets a lot of hate whenever they don't win.

Perhaps, I guess I'm the only thinking too much of these players and talents that I believe England's got, maybe I'm just overrating them, but having the likes of Maddison, Bellingham, Foden, Saka, Kane, TAA, Walker, and Rashford, more so the quality in the GK spot is also overwhelmingly competitive enough for England to be settling for the barest of result, they were good in the last Europe, but they weren't better in World Cup in my opinion finishing as Group winners in a group consisting of USA, Iran and Wales, then a round of 16 win over Senegal, however, their first real test imo was the one they failed against France. I really just think England have way too many talents to be settling for these kinds runs in major tournaments or maybe they're just actually all overrated as a lot folks claim.

That WTA final result was the first thing that I checked when I woke up in the morning. Sabalenka lost in the end and it's one point for arallmuus. It's 2-1 for arallmuus now when I account the basketball question that he answered better than me. Now I need to hope I can make it a draw if today's EURO qualification games go my way.

This was the only match in this year US OPEN I watched from fist to last point. There was some incredible ball hitting and loads of unforced errors, mainly from Sabalenka side. Gauff defended really well and there was multiple instances when she won points that should have been long lost. This point gives me some chance for a win in my BSFL duel, if only Switzerland did not concede in last minutes yesterday it would already be over.

There were also some nice pictures of Gauff 11 years ago in a stands as young girl and now she won it. Great story and it is always nice when big tournaments goes to home player.

I need this win to secure a chance at promotion but I think we can all say congrats to leea. I'm not concerned about the fees, guy! After spent £100 million on transfers last season, my reputation is on the line, and the supporters demand better. I can't imagine how terrible it would be for me if my local board was aware of my relegation.

To make matters worse, I lost 6 points to the 13th and 14th clubs, sinking me downward, and my S.D is not looking good, but trust me, I will do another Everton in the final day, there are still 6 points to grab to secure my stay. You and buwatress aren't going to get rid of me so easily.

I'm only guessing the highlight trofo will use in his article if I am relegated and Buwatress wins the league following my last Media rants.
