Karachi Kings starting and finishing both are well. Islamabad United is trying hard enough. A target of 173 runs does not seem to be very easy. at the moment Islamabad United scored 88 from 10.3 balls with the loss of 3 wickets. The match is still under their control. Colin Munro is performing very well. He is currently batting with having strike rate of 190. If he can stay on the pitch for some more times then Islamabad United will win this match easily.

For Islamabad United, everyone except Rumman Raees and Faheem Ashraf leaked plenty of runs. Even Tom Curran went for more than 10 runs per over, after an excellent season in the International League T20 with the Desert Vipers.

The score of 173 runs was a decent target set by the Karachi kings but still it was not enough for them to defend it. Islamabad united middle order really played well in the match. The openers Paul Stirling and Hassan Nawaz got out cheaply but middle order batsmen Rassie, Colin Munro and Azam Khan made sure that Islamabad win the match.

This match was played in Karachi and it was a big disappointment for the Karachi kings team. They have lost the 2nd consecutive match and now they need to win all their remaining matches to survive in this world cup.

At the beginning of the tournament i had big expectations from this team but now it seems that they have big players but they lack good performances in present time.

Seeing performance of karachi Kings in last PSL and in first two matches of this PSL, its seems like they are going to repeat the same performance as before.

Yeh I think Karachi should make some new streategy in order to get point in league table, everyone know they have dozen of class player and they perform too but luck is not with them in these two consecutive matches , hope after making some changes and also arrival of thier few forner player may get them into the tournament., Haider score a decent half century and sharjeel also help him little bit to build a strong target but I think they are 20 to 30 runs shorter. Because just like Islamabad has  power hitter the target seem shorter for them and they will easily get them like they did.

In the first match Karachi Kings lost to Peshawar Zalmi by 2 runs. It was completely unexpected, the scoring got disturbed during the 19th over. However Ben Cutting and Imad weren't able to reach the target. This time Van Der Dussen, Colin, and Azam Khan stole the winning of Karachi Kings. As said luck isn't favouring Karachi Kings, and a strong comeback is a must to stay high as the competence have begun to big.

No doubt both team are well balance but I think Multan has little bit stronger in bowling than Peshawer Zalmi, because they has young speed gun ihsanullah who take 5 wicket in his previous match against Quetta while Peshawer has only only experienced and quality bowler like wahab. But any way it depends on condition some time quality bowler leak much runs than other. Now match is ongoing Multan bat first they have 74 runs in 9th over while only one wicket down , hope they will score around 180 which will be a decent runs to defend by Multan pacer.

Mohammad Rizwan scored 66 runs and Rilee Rossouw  scored 75 runs which helped Multan Sultan team to reach 210 runs in their first innings.

Multan sultan have played two matches and win one match and lost one, where as Peshawar Zalmi has one their only match which they have played. This is an important match for both teams and i feel Multan team has an edge in this match as they have given gigantic target to the opponents.

After watching the game I am really surprised.  I think Multan Sultan will win today's match very easily. It will win. Because Multan Sultan team has strong bowling along with batsmen. Now I am waiting to see which team will win.

Yes.. the way they batted was amazing. This is the first 200 plus total in this season (In the second match, Zalmi got really close with a total of 199). Rilee Rossouw seems to be in exceptional form, and he is back from an excellent season with Pretoria Capitals in the SA20 tournament. And then the captain (Mohammad Rizwan) scored valuable 66 runs. BTW, Peshawar Zalmi has started really well. After 6.3 overs, they are 69/1, with Mohammad Haris and Saim Ayub looking in great form. Ihsanullah meanwhile picked the wicket of Babar Azam.

Zalmi won their first match and this one is their second. Multan lost their first one, but then they had a win against Quetta Gladiators. At this point, both the teams have almost equal chances (win probability for Multan Sultans is given at 74% in ESPN-Cricinfo).

Zalmi got the start they wanted in Chase of 210 runs, but middle order batting couldn't take advantage of that. I don't think Shan Masood deserve a chance in T20 format as he is a test player but as Ramiz Raja (ex chairmen PCB) says there is lot of pressure to include Shan Masood in playing 11. That's the main reason we are seeing him in PSL also. His presence is overcome by players like Rizwan and Rilee Rossouw.

I think Multan look far good from start just like they batting it's absolute disaster for all Zalmi bowlers especially Zalmi main bowler and former captain wahab Riaz who leak too much runs against rossow and Rizwan.
Soory to say but all forner big names which Peshawer Zalmi have rather than TKC are shit they can't even bat like Pakistani younger saim ayub and haris, when Haris and saim ayub were on crease they totally control the game but after Haris runs out  no forner big name stay on pitch long, like Powell, and rajapaksa. But last credit goes to Multan batters as well as bowler .

Multan played very well and set Peshawar Zalmi a target of 210 runs.  Targeting 210 runs in a T20 match is a big deal. But Peshawar Zalmi lost all their wickets for just 154 runs so they lost to Multan Sultan by a huge margin. The difference in runs between the two teams was 56 runs.  Peshawar Zalmi scored 154 runs in 18.5 overs.  Even if they could have played the entire 20 overs, it would have been impossible to score 56 runs in the remaining 7 balls. Peshawar Zalmi failed to collect big runs so they could not score more runs and fill the target

Ahhh what i have missed today, just watched the highlights crazy match. Very impressive shots by Rizwan and Rossow as always. 66 and 74 runs by both players in order. The 210 total was the highest I think and really that total was not easy to deal with. In the first half end, i was expecting from the highlights that Multan is going to win.

But when Haris started hitting shorts from 3rd ball I was like, again my prediction is going to be wrong, and Saim Ayub what a crazy boy, and what style he got absolutely next shining star. After 3rd wicket loss match was in a clear direction that Somehow Multan is going to win and here we go in the end Multan won with easy efforts.

Zulmi lost by the fielding side and Multan is a beast in the batting lineup and Bowling attack I think the most powerful Bowling attack in S8 is in Multan's hands. So for the Finals i am expecting again Zulmi vs Multan that will be crazy again.
