So, whats the deal with KYC? Do I really need to complete my KYC for $22 withdrawal?

Lol, is that true? Do you have 2FA turned on? (just asking, it might be they have asked for KYC as a protection of accounts, because other protection wasnt turned on). But it sucks if you would really have to pass KYC for such low withdrawal. Have you tried contacting support to ask why they require KYC for such low withdrawal? Have you received and used any kind of welcome bonus? This might be the reason they have asked KYC to protect from leeches-bonus hunters.

This is probably the case for me. I cant recall but it seems I have registered in the past with username 'arallmuus' and when I tried to register another one, it says username taken. On the login page, I didnt see any forgot password button so I decided just to register with another username. Im pretty sure that this could be the reason but I've never played or claim any bonuses on the other account so Im not sure why my new account got flagged

I hope they can distribute the prize faster, maybe something like maximum 48-72hours after the contest end.
48-72hours is the most used rule by other casinos but of course the faster = better experience for the participants.
They can distribute the reward of the onsite tournament fast/instant, so I think they can do the same here in this forum (at least no need to wait for days).
The only thing you can do now if you want to participate the 2nd round is to deposit as what I did.

As I have written above, I think I made another account with 'arallmuus' as my username before but I cant really remember anything about it but I do remember that I never made any deposit on that account so while you are still on it perhaps sherbet's support team could just lock away that unused account

Upon checking your entry post, you didn't follow the OP rules. You didn't provide a screenshot/print screen of your hit. You only provided a screenshot on your first entry; the second entry you submitted only includes the username and multiplier hit.OP, when can we expect our prizes for the first round? Yeah I guess I was curious and I was pretty early when they made that thread so I thought hey I might be able to hit this before someone else submitted it so I tried and yeah its just so weird. Its kinda different from your usual go to crash game, I bet I would be able to hit that exact multiplier on the usual crash game but this one is abit weird.

Noted, but maybe you can push them so they can release the prizes faster because it may effect the future contest in this forum.
Some people may not be patient enough to wait this long for the prize and once people feel disappointed then high possibility they will not participate in the other future contests.
It may also affect other people who have just noticed about the contest and willing to participate but they may lose their interest because of the long waiting time for the prize distribution.

That would be cool if they waive the KYC requirement from my account but as of now there is nothing.
