EDIT: To everyone, is there any specific threads where you can report alt accounts for violating campaign rules? For example participating in the same campaign with multi accounts. I saw one thread for plagiarism but can't find one for alt!

In this case I believe we can select the proposal of paid2 and wait to see if the author of the topic proposed by DS will ever reply to his PM...

I think you should inform the campaign manager about this and present all the evidence you gathered about that particular user. Alternatively, you can also leave him a negative feedback for breaking the campaign rules and cheating the campaign. And, if you don't consider that all this is sufficient, you can also start a topic regarding that user in Reputation board and present there as well all the evidence you have for cheating the campaign. However, informing the campaign manager should be enough. After all, it's his decision about how to handle his campaign participants.

Sorry for the late reply.

I was busy with some other stuff for a while.

I am not really active in my local forum so I don't know many people there. Recently my signature campaign has ended and till I find another one, I'll be focusing on translations again... The decision is yours ultimately. I don't know what to say.
