Do you always asked people if they are hungry to eat? This is what your question looks like, getting rich is not a thing of must but a thing of self disciplines and eager, all less you are tired of your presents predicament you can never make a change to start thinking of being wealthy. Just as someone who is not hungry can never go to a restaurant to ask for food.

and also the world must not have all rich people because who will serve as labor if all the people are rich?
i mean we must have a lower tier so there must be a master and there will be a servant and this is how the world must go mate, this is how it works and must be in the community.
there is no wrong to be born as poor but staying poor till you die is a thing that can be blame for someone who does not push to become at least richer from what he had since birth.

Most people in my country stay poor because they are over the heads in debt. Basically they are maxed out with everything. They live pay check to pay check and a lot of their money goes to interest alone.

They got mortgages, 2 car loans, credit cards, lines of credit, etc. With rates so high and inflation so high, I am not surprised they are suffering. And their wages barely increased. Not a good way to live.

I think the biggest factor that keeps people poor is education, in many countries sometimes poverty is maintained for political purposes, many governments are afraid that if there are no poor people it will be difficult to do things they like such as corruption and other financial crimes, apart from the government factors the things that make many people are still poor is a factor of education, if we do not care about eating it will be difficult to improve the economy.

I can suggest a book that you might be interested in reading, it is called " Why We Want You to Be Rich: Two Men, One Message " Book by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki. 

The interesting fact is, some rich people do not want everyone to be poor or middle class, because they do not want to carry the tax burden if everyone are poor.

The current economic situation are destroying the middle class and the poor are just getting poorer. The rich people are taxed to death, because they are the only people paying the majority of the taxes to support the poor.

Nobody wants to be poor, but not many people have the opportunity to become rich. The mindset of the poor must be changed and they must be taught how to work smart and not work hard.

In the understanding of many rich people working hard and working smart are different, because they don't rely on energy to work, but instead create skills that can be used as their driving force, the environment and family are just the driving factors, two points don't always apply and don't always become a reference for everyone. If you want to be rich, work smart, have skills and have something that others can rely on is an obligation. Without these skills it will be difficult for anyone to become rich.

Know this, nobody deserves being poor, those that are poor aren't happy about it neither, they have left with no choice than to embrace their own fate which they were found responsible for, but when a mind is set and determined not to be poor, there's always every opportunity giving to individuals to make it in life, just that some don't know when their own time for such opportunity arrives and therefore they take less care about it till it all gone and passed and they remain poor.

Lack of Financial literacy
- I guess this is the main reason as to why poor people stays poor for their whole life. Lacking a mentor who will help them teach with regards to finance and how to handle money is a problem. Well, the good thing though is that, there are many videos online that you can access for free where you can learn at least how to handle your finances.

Lack of opportunities
- I guess this is another problem as to why people stays poor. If you live in a province (like me), the job opportunities really are limited compare to if you are living in an urban area where there's lot of job opportunities. The good thing though is that, there is this thing called "work from home" where you can work online thus, you don't even need to go to a city just to have online. The only thing that you need is a skill that you can offer online.

- Kind of surprising, but I guess people stays poor because they are destined to be poor. There are many reasons to this such as lack of resources, or lack of things that will help you become rich.

there are so many reasons, maybe I'll tell you some of my version, usually they can't manage their finances, or they don't think much more about it.
can't resist the urge and prefer to spend their money on their own pleasure, don't know about investing even if someone tells them they think it's risky, instead of thinking first they stay away from it.

I want to ask whether you are rich. If you are still poor, then you have your answer. It is obvious that poor people don't have enough opportunity to double or triple their money to become richer. It is not always about mentality. Some people just don't have enough resources. And its impossible for them to generate money. But for other average people, getting rich is mainly about 2 things: 1 is wanting. You should "want" becoming rich with your whole heart. There are many different possibilities on why someone stays poor and each case has to be identified and studies particularly through observation techniques in order to reach the correct approach on how to revert the situation on the life of the individual, so he can finally start thriving in life.

Often fear is the main factor.

A confident person will be fine with risking 30% of their money after doing some research. A scared person will keep adding money to their savings account, not taking much risk but also not getting anything in return. After 20 years the person taking risk will usually have a lot more money than someone who was saving 10% of their monthly paycheck for retirement with 5% inflation rate. The saver is going to be broke anyway but they don't understand it.

Basically, everyone has the opportunity to become rich as long as they want to try hard and never give up before getting the results they want. Because to be rich, everyone needs to set their targets and also make the steps they will take to achieve that. Humans are creatures that have lust and I don't think there are humans who don't want to be rich in this world as long as they are alive. So actually those who are still poor don't mean they don't want to be rich, but they just haven't built their steps and found their opportunities.

Maybe the OP is also still poor so asking like that here, but that's also not a problem because questions like that are also worth asking here. Rich and poor in society are only a category of difference, because when you see the poor living in a rich country like Qatar, maybe you will be a little surprised when you compare them to the rich people who live in the poorest country in the world.

And in my opinion it doesn't matter if a place or community environment is inhabited by all rich people because they will complete each of their work in their own way without having any obstacles, because I don't think that every work of rich people will be hampered just because there are no poor people. I think you can answer this question yourself, using your own level of success.
How did you get to the stage where you are now?
If you are financially stable, how do you get there? Do you just sit down at a place and the money starts coming by itself? 
If you are still struggling, does that mean you never made any effort to make it in life or you tried but nothing seems to work out the way you planned it?
 
Just like most member have said here, no one ever want to be poor, even the lazy ones still don't pray to die poor, to be rich primarily don't depend on how hard one works but how smart an individual works.

Everybody want to be rich and stay rich. I doubt if anyone wish to be poor or remain poor. It is very easy to be poor but being rich requires lots of hard work and planning. People who are poor and stay poor is actually caused by lack of planning. Being rich is not having everything in the world, but being able to provide all you need when needed. People who stay poor are people who dont take advantage of any good opportunities, people who don't invest to multiply the income or profit.

No one wants to be poor, being rich is everyone's dream, but becoming rich is not an easy thing. For me, I am not too poor, but to become really rich, I have not found a way to become rich. I am still working hard and trying in life, but I am unsure and do not know when I will be rich. I think, what we can do is always have a plan for life, always try our best, and whether we become rich or not also needs a bit of God's arrangement.
