Why do people stay poor?

I feel that what you convey is indeed a truth that is experienced by people who are financially deficient. Well everything is not easy for them. Even if they have above average skills, they sometimes find it difficult to highlight them and offer them to companies that really suit them. So that throughout my career in the world of work I have even seen many extraordinary skills possessed by people who are financially incapable. they have talents that they keep buried because no one really raises and utilizes their talents. People who are financially weak are sometimes looked down upon by others. So they even find it difficult to establish connections with rich people. it is a sad fact about them. and it is not easy for them to change their life. But there are also many people who don't give up on their situation and continue to innovate even with limited capital. And in the end he can make his life better.

Due to competition then not all would really be going or getting on what they do deserve, despite on having a good skill or much better than with most people but having not able to be chosen due to being missed or hired out the wrong people or less skill then there's nothing we can do about this. Somewhat if you do have trust and confidence then better not to stop nor surrender on finding those jobs that do fit out into your skill
on which if you do know that you do have the upperhand then dont lose hope because one day you would be finding on what just for you.

You would really be remain on being poor if you arent really that serious on making your life or living way more better. If you are just contented on what you do currently have then you wouldnt really be making yourself that persevere which it is really that not a good behavior to have as an individual. We are all hoping for a better life but due to wrong perceptions and having no dedication then it wont really change a thing.

A strong desire to make changes in life is indeed very necessary and is the initial capital that must be owned by everyone who wants to raise their standard of living for the better. I personally always push myself personally to stay motivated and keep fighting to raise my personal standard of living. I always remember a wise saying like "The more difficult a struggle, the more beautiful when it achieves victory." and "Great things never come from comfort zones." those words sometimes succeeded in strengthening me when I was afraid to take a step forward. And I always believe that even those who are now rich must have gone through a road full of difficulties at first. Maybe they now seem to have some fun with their wealth. but of course they or their ancestors who are rich today maybe also must have fought from the bottom and continued to pass every test in life at the first before become the rich.

I think all humans are destined to be able to have whatever they want, so no one wants to stay poor, because poverty obviously will not be able to meet the desired needs. but to be able to meet all the desired needs, something is needed that can make all of that fulfilled, namely by working or trading. then by wanting to work or trade, it is certain that poverty will stay away, without any intention to do that, don't expect poverty to stay away. why do people remain poor as you ask, because they are lazy by not wanting to work or trade, because laziness will continue to be with the poor situation.

Then you haven't meet some weird people, there are some tribes that don't give a heck about what someone can achieve in their life time if they do this or do that, they will tell you that they are happy and you will see it all on their faces, even you that want the best life and many good things in life won't be as happy as they are.

You can buy someone a car and they will tell you they don't need it, they will tell you they only want to eat and sleep well, I have traveled to some part of the country where they don't want lots of money, they said it attractive anger, envy, bad intent and others, they see money as the tool that get ride of the real happiness.

Which is true, most of the people in the urban area where are mostly influenced by money for you to survive have those emotions you've mentioned which caused by the money. If you've been raised to a community where all you needs are run by the nature and all you need to do is live, then for sure money wouldn't matter for them. You can't call them poor as they don't have the greed for money since they are already contented on how they are living with the nature which is I find peaceful.

It's because of different privilege we have in our lives, we share different stories, different problems, and different status. The most accurate words for this that I've read is that "We might sailing in the same ocean, but we're riding different boat". To be honest no one really wants to be poor. It so happened that each and everyone of us born to a different lifestyle and community. How lucky are the ones who grew up in a rich family that can give them all the needs and comfort of their lives, education, material things among others. It is hard to live in a poor community because being poor it means they lack access to education, lack of good nutrition, they cannot find a good job opportunities and others. I am pretty sure that everyone really wanted to get rich because being rich means that you can live a comfortable life without thinking of starvation, you can easily pay all the necessary bills without any complaints that the bills are too expensive. If the poor can access education easily i am sure they will study hard to be able to have a good job that can give them a comfortable life.

Most rich men that have it all are not as happy as some people that are poor, I have witnessed real love in a poor home than that of a rich home, the poor has their problems ( money ) and the rich are not free either ( fake love, hate, deceit ) etc.

No one wants to be poor but people adapts to things base on the environment where they are born and very few say no to been poor and leave such environment to get a better life, some people are stuck, they can't make decision for themselves.

No one wants to settle for less only that frustrations and lost of faith is real.

Not all riches count's that's why most rich people doesn't have Peace of mind and no self security confidence chasing one problem to the other.

Who doesn't want to get rich? To be honest, a lot of our problems can be solved by having enough money. But why do people stay poor? It's because of the lack of opportunity.

The lower class has to work hard everyday for a minimum of 8 hours a day just to earn a salary that isn't even enough for all of the expenses. Even if they have work, they just try to make their salary enough for their living expenses. It means that they don't have the opportunity to save for a possible business or investment to have another source of income. Poor people aren't lazy. Most of the time, they spend almost of their 24 hours working, yet it's never enough. While for rich people, even if they are sleeping, they are earning because the lower class are the ones who are working for them.

Education
Lower class don't have the privilege to have good educational opportunities that rich people have. Graduating to a prestigious university with great school credentials since you're only worry is your school works while poor people have to work and study at the same time. And once they start looking for a job, more opportunities come to those who have good educational background and credentials.

We live in an environment where the people around us are mostly in the same class as we are. So poor people tend to be surrounded with poor people with limited opportunities. While rich people often meet with other rich and powerful people where they can build and strengthen their connections and power.
