If you consider situation Punjab was in when Shashank came to bat, he did exceptionally well. He was good at rotating strike, which allowed Arya to continue the momentum (new batters on crease often go for big shots themselves instead giving strike to set batter and lose their wicket in doing so, or farm dots themselves which sometimes makes set batter lose his rhythm — both of these doesn't end up well; so I say what Shashank did was good. Plus, without him team would have probably gotten all out much early).
