Guess my prediction went out the window when MI scored 217 freaking runs in the first innings. Blame falls primarily on the Rajasthan bowlers who bowled like crap throughout this season except for Archer who was okayish.

I mean RR chased 209 in 15.5 overs in their last game against GT, so 217 from MI was good but nothing impossible to chase but when RR openers departed early, game was pretty much done there you could say, hard to come out of early collapse with inexperienced middle order.

DC and LSG are having balanced performance which give them on good chance but in coming games changes can happen with DC is also good team which can give surprise with PBKS is looking not good, but now prediction is not easy because all teams are giving their best and want to hang around for playoffs chance.

Here we are, the Mumbai Indians who were somewhere at the bottom of the table, are now leading the IPL with 14 points. Not very often do we see teams coming back strongly after having an initial bad start in the tournament.

In yesterday's match they batted first and the way they had partnerships, it shows how well they are united within the team. Runs coming from the top order is always a healthy sign for a team. The openers have a wonderful partnership of 116 runs and then Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya making 48 each and remained not out. 217 was enough total for any team to win the match.

Shami is not exactly T20 material, so this was expected. BTW, Zeeshan Ansari got the wicket of Sai Sudharsan and the run rate seems to have dipped a bit as a result of that. But every other bowler has gone for more than 10 runs per over. Mohammed Shami has figures of 2-0-31-0 at the moment, and he is the most expensive bowler for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Harshal Patel went for 18 runs in the only over he bowled so far. Jaydev Unadkat and Pat Cummins are marginally better when compared to these two.

Very bad performance from Royal team yesterday. Royal played good game in previous but yesterday they showed bad effort against Mumbai indian team. MI won the match by playing a good match and bowling performance was amazing. Royal needs to work hard now and will work on their errors and come back again. MI won game by 100 runs. MI set a record total runs for 217 and won the match. RR chased a total runs for 117 and lost the match. The 50th match between Royal and Mumbai was played  at Sawai Mansingh Stadium. RR won the toss and elected to bowling first. The best batting performance in the MI team was by Ryan Rickelton scored 61 runs and 38 balls hitting 7 fours and 3 sixs. Congratulations to MI for their upcoming matches.

Umpire did really good with Gill's run out, I thought it was going to be not out, because it looked like keeper hit the wickets and not the ball but to check for deflection was wise. BTW, Gill was playing extremely well today, was expecting a ton, blew up his wicket for single.

Was also expecting 250+ score, but now it looks doubtful.
