They have some of the best T20 players in their squad (Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Heinrich Klaasen, Pat Cummins.etc), but this season has been a nightmare for them so far. Poor captaincy from Cummins has been one of the reasons, and another factor has been poor form of Travishek. They are 99/5 after 16 overs against Mumbai Indians. In all probability, they are going to lose this match as well. 

Mumbai Indians did wonderful bowling hence their batsmen are not in pressure. Trent Boult took the early wickets. He got four wickets while Deepak Chahar got two and they didn't gave much runs either. At the end of the first innings, they restricted Sunrisers Hyderabad to only 143 runs. MI started the chase, Ryan Rickelton got out early however they still have Rohit Sharma in the game.

From Sunrisers Hyderabad team Jaydev Unadkat took a wicket. Pat Cummins is bowling and he also needs to take wickets. It is the only way for Sunrisers Hyderabad to win as they do not have many runs to defend.

Doubt it was fixed, it was probably brainfade moment for both Ishan and Umpire, Ishan started walking as he felt he knicked which of course he shouldn't have done even if he did knick and Umpire must have thought, he's walking, must be out.

When Ryan Rickelton got out early, I thought that there was still a chance that Sunrisers Hyderabad could win this match. But Rohit Sharma and Will Jacks had other ideas. Apart from Harshal Patel, everyone else has gone for plenty of runs. SRH brought Eshan Malinga for this season, and he has so far flopped in each and every match. Pat Cummins and Jaydev Unadkat are unable to either stop the flow of runs, or to get wickets. So for now, there is no support for Harshal.

SRH is playing consistently bad. They are the ones making excessively high scores or very low scores mostly depending upon whether Travis Head was playing longer or not. But considering the low scoring from Travis Head and a duck for today, SRH has lost most of its recent games and is heading towards the bottom of the table. Mumbai Indians too was suffering from low performance by some of its star players but with Rohit Sharma now back in action, their win rate has increased. Surya Kumar Yadav had been one of the most consistent player in this season but it were not supported by other batsmen in past. But MI has now taken 4 consecutive wins to reach towards the top of the table.

Yeap they have made a good turn back this time. At the beginning of this Indian Premier League season, I thought that the Mumbai Indians team would not be able to go to the next round, but they have returned to good form by balancing their performance and recovering. In other words, after a poor performance in the first five matches, they have been able to win four consecutive matches constantly including this one.
However, in today's match, they did a great job in batting as well as bowling and that's why they were able to complete the target in just five overs and four balls. Congratulations MI team win the 41st game of Indian Premium league series with opponent SRH team. Really, SRH team effort in this game was full of worst and if looks at table, SRH team have 4 points total and they only won 2 games and 6 games. MI team effort was quite different and outstanding from past few games and today one more time they successfully beated their opponent and won 2 more points. In this game, SRH team set 143 runs very easy target they gave to MI team. Boult helped a lot team to stop batsman of SRH team to 143 runs by taking 4 Wickets and gave 26 runs in 4 overs. Sharma showed brilliant struggle in batting and made 70 runs in 56 balls and hitted eight 4s and three 6s. Yadav also batted good and not out in entire game and scored 40 runs in 19 balls.

Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians played a thrilling innings against each other. SRH played first with Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma who couldn't make a good partnership. Trent Boult put a pressure on batting lineup by getting 2 wickets of top order batsmen. Heinrich Klaasen was the only batsman who scored 71 runs but he lost his wicket at 6th partnership of 134 runs. In this tough bowling, SRH scored a target of 144 runs. On the other side, a 144 runs target was not a big deal for MI. Riyan Rickelton lost wicket at 13 runs but upcoming players handled the situation and easily chased the target before overs get finished. If SRH could get wicket of Rohit Sharma then I think results might be in their favour.

They are the most likely to get relegated this season and their performance is not going very well this season. 4 matches winning streak with 3rd successive chase bring them to third spot and strong candidate for playoffs with this defeat now SRH is out of touch as CSK and RR even now I am considering KKR out of tourney as well but still they can turn the tables.

Tomorrow RCB is hosting RR at Bengaluru this could be good chance for them to go ahead at top two ranks because RR is also having terrible season 29 games remaining in this season which is going to be interesting because few teams are having good chance of bringing themselves to better spot, but they needed to be give their best in these remaining games. CSK vs SRH is going to be interesting as SRH is having some edge but CSK trying to pick depth which is looking not good due to their poor selection of players and mostly over 30 which fail to give them anything good in this season.

Hyderabad has not performed as expected this season. So far, Hyderabad has played eight matches and won two matches, Hyderabad's chances of qualifying are decreasing day by day. However, Hyderabad's batsmen could not perform well yesterday. Especially the top order batsmen performed very badly, 4 batsmen of the top order scored a total of 11 runs. Heinrich Klaasen performed brilliantly and took the team to a good position, he scored 71 runs off 44 balls. However, the target of 143 runs was not enough to win. Rohit Sharma has returned to form and has performed brilliantly in two consecutive matches. Since the target was small, Mumbai won easily. Mumbai won yesterday and moved to 3rd place in the points table.

Crazy reversal MI! I did not see this coming at all unless they fixed one or two matches. They could qualify for the playoffs now technically, but I do not see them winning the cup this season due to their overdependence on certain players like Sky etc.

Anyway, RCB vs RR coming up which is a do or die match for Rajasthan. RR have become the new chokers in cricket and it will take something else for them to win against a strong RCB.

RCB is a clear cut favorite. I don't even need to go through a specific player list to prove that, it is quite obvious  . Below are the odds set by a major sportsbook. Honestly, I think Rajasthan is an even bigger underdog here. RCB's main strength is to endure great pressure (they have suffered a lot of criticism over the years lol) which is clearly missing in Rajasthan's team.
