The performances from Ruturaj Gaikwad and Patel were absolutely stunning, especially their dominant 81 run partnership which turned a difficult chase into a masterclass. Mumbai Indians bowlers did good job especially Corbin Bosch who smashed their four important players. Last over was highly stressful, when RCB need 2 runs on 1 ball. At the moment, CSK are at 5th position in the points table, but their NRR is just +0.185 (lower than that of Punjab Kings and Gujarat Titans). With wins from the last few matches, CSK's chances of qualifying for the playoffs have definitely improved. But still they need to overtake the Kings to get to the 4th spot.
