I am a new provider of about a week and I have been unable to add more rigs because I am at my limit (of 1). I opened a support ticket almost 3 days ago but haven't gotten any response. Is anyone else having trouble with support? Is there another way to add a rig? Thanks! -dysan819

Haven't checked in for a while. I've got the problem that I can't access my router and therefor can't open/forward ports. I've looked at LRP but is there a version already that I can run from the RPi the miners are connected to too? I've got them pointed at MRR now and that works well but payouts are much better here ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) We released LR3 a while back. Everything is DIY now. As long as you use updated mining software. Ah, I'm using minera and get the problem that with LR3 I have to manually find out about the port to be used because it's not switching by itself. I assume that's a problem with the mining software? If for some reason the port might change during travels the rigs will be down for a period of time there, that's why I'm asking ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

LR3 is hard limited to one virtual/aggregate rig per user per algorithm. You can point all of your miners at that one LR3 rig to provide more hash power. Only API/Direct connect rigs can provide a 1 to 1 ratio of rental and physical rigs.

It would have been awesome if the LeaseRig support would have at least answered that way and suggested that I use a different method, instead of just ignoring the question. I received almost no support and I have been trying to add another rig for over a week and a half. I have now rephrased my request to be for a Direct Connect rig. (I don't expect an answer.)

If you compare, Betarigs, MRR and LeaserRig.
The most overprices its in leaserrig.
You should try a campaign to they easing a little their prices.
At least on Sha 256 some of them dropped their price due to the MiAviator 0.00001486 per ghs/day

Our support time is currently up to about 1 week. Unfortunatly. The IRC channel usually provides support within the day and within minutes in most timezones

There are reasons for our prices. Mostly that you get what you pay for ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) We tend to cater to a different customer base than the other sites you have mentioned.

Incredibly, LR3 was down for ~10 hours, until I e-mailed miaviator. Gotta say, extremely disappointed with the way this played out. Where was support during this time?

Leaserig support does not reply to urgent tickets. No way to contact someone.
I don't recommend to use their service.

I don't recommend to use a ticket system for urgent issues. My contact information is everywhere as is xmk3's We also have an IRC channel frequented by providers. I do recommend that you not use the service if you expect instant responses to urgent tickets, there may well be other services better suited to you.

Best wishes with it. All I know is that LRP stopped working for me one day, and the market there had been dead a while so I decided to give something else a try.
