i'm having a hard time managing rented rigs while the site is lagging.
I am trying to reimburse 5 hours, but i can't even get the rig configuration page to load.
please let us know what the progress is on getting the site running properly again; It's really affecting the way i can provide timely rig support for my customer.

CloudFlare really helps, but I dunno if you can afford it.

The captcha numbers seem to have disappeared on the login page. I'm worried about logging in, in case someone has taken over the site to steal passwords. Could someone reassure us that that the slowness and the captcha disappearance isn't a cause for concern?

All I see right now are "Server Updates". Talked to Miaviator on Skype last night, he said there would be a planned maintenance. There was also a banner across the top of the site all morning saying they would be going down  |

Why all the lag getting to the provider pages? Takes a few minutes to do anything for the last day or so.

I have had a bunch of random stuff today with rigs disabling or switching back to my main pools by themselves... neither makes the renter very happy lol. And the provider page is very slow for me as well, sometimes I cant get in to add time or manage rigs :/

I'm unable to log in as a provider. It says my login is in the wrong email format. But I've never used an email address to log in, just "ebliever" as was originally set up. I never converted to the new setup because I was concerned about the 2-factor authentification stuff I was seeing, and I don't carry a cell phone so I wanted to avoid that. Is this temporary or am I out for good?

It was announced 12 times that the legacy provider login system was being removed. It was also emailed and PM'd to providers. It's gone. If your account isn't linked open a ticket. |
