Okay WTH.
miaviator why the *** are you going into people's rep threads and posting issues?!
My rig was down at one point due to a router issue. I communicated with the renter as soon as I found out, fixed it and then gave an extra hour on top of downtime.
Then you starting posting screens in my rep thread.??

Had there actually been an issue with me not providing support and fixing the issue..

But this? Unreal. Please explain.

You mean the posts that are made and then deleted when the providers respond?

They are normally in response to support tickets.

This is bullshit, and another example of LR getting too involved in the process. You posted in my rep thread a couple hours after the renter with a screenshot of the speed graph, which tells nothing about what the problem actually was.

I handled that issue entirely through email, and the renter never deleted his post, nor did he indicate that he got 12 hours extra of free time on a 3 hour lease due to some problem between LRP and Leaserig.net, that was only resolved when I repeatedly enabled/disabled my rig through the website. *I* couldn't even change the damn pools on the website, and resetting the proxy had no effect on this. My rigs were working fine, and I manually changed the pools on them to a multipool while I worked out the problem on the website.

It's a *rep* thread, not a support thread. 99% of issues are handled via email, if for no other reason than it being faster. The only reason people post support issues in the rep thread is because they have no other way to make contact with providers because of a (IMO) long standing design flaw of leaserig.net. Common sense says there should be a contact form for renters to send providers messages without exposing the providers email address unwillingly.

As to the changes to the website, I like the red header. I still think all the extra icons you are adding look like crap, make it more cluttered, and more confusing.

See my post above. Make sure you are modifying using 100 percent as basis (e.g. 105 or 95, not 5%). If that doesn't help you may need to recreate the plans, that's the only thing that worked for me after it got stuck at 0.001 and even a 500% adjustment couldn't move it.

Even with percentage (eg 105 %) it doesn't work. I thought that it will with decimals (1.05), but it put everything to 0.0010. Had to recreate all plans from the begging.

I'd appreciate it if you could delete https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=557619.msg6240675#msg6240675 - as it was from a point in time where my rig wasn't reporting the correct speed. This has long since been fixed, and it does my rep no good at all for that to remain. Thanks.

Please fix plan adjustments ASAP. I just mistyped the price and got hired before I could update the price. I simply cannot rent for 10x less.
Where is my CANCEL THE LEASE button???

There was a code freeze before being able to add the old factor box in.

Both will present after the next update.

If someone could make a cgminer implementation for gridseeds that doesn't suck/crash when you run 50+ instances.  That would be great.

I set up a new rig, everything filled in, plans created, rig enabled, shows hashrate through LRP. But it's showing "NO" in the "Can be rented" column. What am I missing?

Requirements when adding a rig or moving a rig from non-rent-able to active status:

After adding a new rig you must reopen your new rig request ticket to have your rig enabled.
rigs will be on a 24-72 holding period after configuring their miners to work with LeaseRig.net. During this time the miners must stay online and submit shares to your pools.
New rigs for existing and new providers will have to pass pool swapping tests.
Only rigs with the location field correctly set will be put in a rent-able status.
Rigs MUST be rated below their actual average hashing speed.  Your declared speed must be at least 1Kh/s below the 24 hour average hashing speed of the rig.

Ok, I replied to the ticket. I don't have a problem with the requirements as my rigs are just fine, except 24-72 hours sounds harsh for established providers. I know what I'm doing and I always make it right for my customers, perhaps an exception is possible? Thanks.

OK, So can anyone explain to me how I adjusted my stated hash rate from 31.0 to 30.5 (to cover some minor fluctuations) and my price went from .00133534 to .00013333??  Angry

I didn't see any sort of major price change at all when I made a change to the hash rate. I go about my business, and nearly a day and a half later I find that I've been paying other people to mine with my equipment because my prices went down by 90%. This is the 2nd major rip off I've received due to some glitch on Leaserig.

Is it personal? I have to question if someone went into the DB and edited my prices because I sure as hell didn't go on a 90% sale myself.

Further, there is no way for me to cancel the existing 72 hour lease at this point. I can't do 'negative' extensions, I can't disable the rig with an active lease, you've essentially trapped me. I've killed the proxy for now, but I've no way to actually manage my own leases because of your changes.

The guy rented my rig for 72 hours for less than the cost of 1 hour, and got 7 hours of his time. I'm not going to issue any refund to him. Another guy before him got 20 hours of mining time for less than the cost of an hour.

First the captcha bug, then the phantom free lease extension, and now the glitched prices. WTF maiviator?

Edit: You know, I want to thank cryptoprime for shooting me an email. I go to bed last night, take my kid to a birthday party today, try to handle some chores on the weekend. I don't have time to stare at the screen 24 hours a day and watch for stuff like this. No less than 27 hours of rental went out and not one customer says to me: hey man, looks like something might have happened your prices are ridiculously low. If I hadn't gotten an email from him, it might have been another full day before I caught this. Thank you Crypto.

So you didn't check your prices and later you didn't read your emails saying 'rig hired for so long at such a price' or 'Lease Renewed', but it's not your fault.
