Is it possible to reset 2FA? I bought a new phone and had to reinstall Google Authenticator and now I can't login. I am posting here because my last 2 support tickets have gone unanswered

im not showing a issue with btc balance, but another issue is adding pools and removing them, its very chaotic, they appear after a while, they dont delete when i delete them ... whats the trick ?
PS : i also have a ticked pending for over 1 month with no answer

So it's not just me? My ticket is 31 days old today with no responses... Anyone else not receiving emails about their rigs? I no longer get emails telling me when the rig is down, rented, .... nothing I have email notifications set to yes. I've even tried turning notifications off, wait a bit, turn it back on.... |

I've just had my BTC balance reset to 0.0000000, a day after I sent in 0.1 BTC, and when my lease is about to expire...
I've never seen this before. I'm not game to click GENERATE in case it messes up my existing balance.
Sounds from recent posts that support is nonexistent. Does this issue usually fix itself up?

there is something wrong again here, i got a pool added in my pools, where i never mined  stratum+tcp://tittiecoin.p2p.0x0a.nl:28008 / TS6ZREcPTZQjusMmFaiLCEypsZsjAAENp9 this happened while i was logged in, lol, and i cant erase it, and some old pools of mine are now in the list too ... wtf its that sh*t again with "Click generate to begin using BitCoin" |

Aaaaand, since yesterday late at night my wallet online is down again  . I do know now that it is gonna be okay, but not able to lease/rent more of what i am leasing/renting now. Goodluck fixing it and thanx of al what you do. Got to go now  |

Just informed that with in 24 hours the developers are going to be performing maintenance to correct the issue and prevent further occurrences of the BTC wallet dropping offline.
