I don't think that Newcastle will be the points target of the other three teams, even though they haven't felt the atmosphere of the Champions League for a long time, but I'm sure they will still bring their strength like in the EPL. I'm pretty sure other teams will also really count on Newcastle, they won't underestimate the representative from England at all.

For starters, the Newcastle you're seeing now isn't the same as the Newcastle of last season. This season I don't think they can make the top 4 in premier league as they did in the previous years so them progressing from the group stages is also another achievement I don't think they'll be able to achieve. Already their attention is divided with the premier league and the champions league so unless they crash out of the champions league early there's no guarantee they'll do well in the premier league. Lets look at their group, who can they defeat there, no one and those clubs aren't clubs of the premier league that they play often and know their game pattern, they're club outside the premier league and all did very well last champion league season. Experience will be a major factor in this games.

I also expect a better performance from Napoli this season. They managed to keep two of their most important players. With Victor Osimhen and Hvicha Kvaratshelia in the team, their offensive options will always be rich. I think they will beat Braga and Union Berlin with a little bit of comfort, but the games against Real Madrid will give us an idea about their position at the end of the tournament. If they beat Real Madrid and finish first in the group, they will raise expectations. Let's see how they will perform in the Champions League this season.

Napoli were lucky last season, they didn't deserve how far they went to some extent but last season was a good season for the Italians but they might be repeating same successful this season still that doesn't mean they won't be progression from the group stage. They have one of the luckiest draw because they only have to win their two other opponents to progress even if they lost to Real Madrid. Napoli keeping Victor Osimhen and Hvicha Kvaratshelia was surprising as I thought other top clubs would have gotten atleast one of the players. I hope this decision doesn't come back to bite Napoli as it would had been better to cash out huge sum of money on this players after they had a fantastic season last season. I don't see Manchester United struggling to qualify from their group because the teams in that group are teams that Manchester United could easily beat, except they aren't ready for the season.Ten Hag knows quite well that with the champions league approaching,he needs more squad depth to be able to compete for the Tittle,and that is why he went into the transfer window to make some late signings that he thinks are capable of making them tittle contenders for the league.If it is true that he was able to secure the signature of Amrabat,then I can say that they wouldnt have any problem defensively judging from the players ability to cover at the back.

Manchester United who had won the competition European Cup in three different occasions will be playing in the competition once again this season and without taking anything away from the Red Devils, I don't think they're gonna make it to the final of the competition this season.
They are in the in a group A alongside Bayern Munich, Galatasaray and Copenhagen which I think is a fair group for them to progress to the knockout stages from but I'll be very surprised to see them make it to the semi finals of the competition this season.

The current conditions of Manchester United and Bayern Munich are not much different because both of them are playing less promisingly, even though Bayern Munich successfully won their opening two matches. But I agree that Bayern Munich's chances of winning the group are very big because the Bundesliga giant had not missed playing in the Champions League in the previous few seasons and Manchester United had only just returned after not qualifying for the Champions League last time. Bayern Munich also has a very dangerous striker at the moment and he is a former EPL player (Harry Kane) and his ability to score goals is extraordinary.

Manchester United have not yet got the striker that Erik Ten Hak wants and although they currently have Rasmus Hojlund but so far he has not made his debut because he is still injured. You shall not feel worried about that, madrid sees napoli as the strongest opponent in the group. Napoli and real madrid have the biggest chance to go to the play off stage. Braga and union berlin may not be strong enough compared with napoli and madrid yet these clubs need still to be careful with it. The chance owned by madrid and napoli are very big. Sevilla looks very weak. Arsenal was lucky enough to be in the same group with sevilla. You must also see if sevilla got zero points in la liga.

I have seen his game when Amrabat defended Morocco at the 2022 World Cup, he is one of the best defensive midfielders at the moment.
