 United's advancement in the UCL is on a lot of probable cases and the odds are very much low. It's either they advance, or relegate to the UEL, or get disqualified from the contest. Which ever one that happens will be as a result of their performance in the tournament.  If relegated to the UEL, I still don't have much confidence in them to scale through to grab the trophy because teams in that section too are going to be competitive. Currently they do not have the ability to withstand weighty challenge. Their performance currently isn't encouraging and doesn't speak well for them. The full team has a lot of work to do. No one expects them to do better currently as they've not been able to prove their worthiness too.

Even though Munich will still qualify if they are defeated by Manchester United, they will not underestimate Manchester United and will try their best to win in their last meeting. Manchester United may have a chance to qualify for the next round if they manage to win against Munich later and Galatasary drew with Copenhagen, although it requires luck but Manchester united will have to show all their strength later against Munchen.

Marcus Rashford having a super season? Have you been watching Volleyball mate? He's been too much of a selfish player you feel me? He'll be dumped on the bench this way. He's takes too much money and can't track back? Did someone use Son of Tottenham Hotspur as  an example? He's older and has been a better player than Marcus Rashford but yet, makes sense when you see him tracking back to mark and defend. Erik Ten Hag should go with a different option against Chelsea otherwise, they'll lose woefully.

Probably two of the best football clubs in Europe right now, and both teams are really doing great both in the champions league and in their domestic leagues respectively with Real Madrid at the top of the Spanish laliga with 38 points tied Girona who are in second place whilst Manchester city are in second place behind arsenal with 30 points. The chances that both teams may clash again this season is very high, though one cannot tell wether its gonna be in the round of sixteen, the quarter finals or the semi's but if they both progress beyond these levels then we might see both teams meet in the finals of the UCL which is also possible as a result of their performance this season.

There is an interesting statistics of Rashford I have seen on the social media recently. In the seasons Rashford has a girlfriend his contribution to Manchester United is just huge. Buth in the other cases it is the opposite. 

Aside from that there is a really sharp decline in Rashford's performance this season. He was like a goal machine in the previous season. He played a big role in Manchester United's finishing the season in top 4 in the English Premier League. But now he is more like a ghost in the attacking area. Manchester United really need his consistent days back otherwise they had better look for other options.

Hojlund is actually doing great in the Champions League but still has 0 goal in the English Premier League. He is very young of course but he must be feeling the pressure there.

I think even if Manchester United had a good striker up front, it wouldn't necessarily lead to victory because their defense line is also weak so there is a greater chance for them to concede. I understand they have to buy a new striker and I'm not sure management will spend any more money to get players in the January window. They've already invested too much money and maybe Erik Ten Hag needs to start reorganizing the right strategy for his team.

Towards the January transfer window, that's when clubs will be signing strikes and defenders to their teams. By then, I don't think Manchester United would want to sign a single striker only. They would like to sign at least two or three strikers in addition to some defenders since their frontline and defense are shaky.

Concerning Rashford, he has done enough in Manchester United. Ten Hag should find a better replacement or supporter to support him because he has fallen out of form. He needs to stay at the bench for some time until he finds his form to be at his best again.

I don't know why Højlund was added to the squad by coach Ten Hag. Manchester United's performances last season were erratic. And the team needed an experienced striker. But Ten Hag bought youngster Højlund at a high price without adding an experienced striker to the squad. And as usual, Højlund's erratic performance has made Manchester United's overall performance quite poor. Also Manchester United's match strategy is not good. So Højlund doesn't fit in well with the team. I wouldn't say Højlund isn't being helped by his teammates.

He was used as a central forward, with Wout Weghost closing down and tracking back for him most at times, ( Funny people saw the goals missed and wrong passes made. Wout Weghost work rate and team contribution was massive )

At first glance, what many people are talking about seems to be true, that many Manchester United players are selfish. Coupled with Ten Hag harsh style and upbringing, his relationship with each other was not very harmonious, in short, a gap emerged within the club which affected the final result of a match. Hojlund is an unfinished striker, he needs more flying time to increase his experience, and he needs more support to remain confident.
