We are finally starting. In the first week of the league Trabzonspor will play Antalyaspor at home. Trabzonspor coach Nenad Bjelica has made important transfers to the team. Tonio Teklic, Filip Benkovic, Joaquin Fernandez, Dimitros Kourbelis were transferred to Trabzonspor under his directives. We will see important changes in Trabzonspor this season. On the other hand, Antalyaspor sold their best player Haji Wright to Coventry for 9 Million Euros. Also, they sold Fernando to Al Jazira for 1.5 Million Euros. They strengthened their squad with Assombalonga and Kaluzinski. But they might not be ready for the league yet. Because they made these transfers very recently. My favorite will be Trabzonspor in this match. But I will never bet on the first week matches.

Yes finally the new season is starting in a day. I'm especially curious about Galatasaray and Fenerbahce. They have been in a race to make transfers for a while. We have seen teams even competing against each other for some specific players also. For example Fred can be given as a live example now.

Because Fabrizio Romano said that Fenerbahce were closing in on signing Fred. You know Galatasaray have been chasing this transfer for a long time. Now it is like Fenerbahce are trying to answer Galatasaray's stealing Zaha from their hands.

Galatasaray don't look like they will improve the offer they made in July. It is up to the player to make a choice between money and the Champions League.

The transfer season is finally over. The Turkish Super League season opens. Both Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe transferred quite credible footballers like Tadic, Dzeko, Icardi, Zaha. There are also rumors that solid football players such as Dominik Livaković, Cengiz Ünder, Paredes and Fred will come to Istanbul for Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe. I'm especially curious about Turkish Super League this season.

I can't wait for start of our league. I plan to watch Trabzonspor-Antalyaspor match this week. I checked odds, 1.51 for Trabzonspor win, 3.50 for draw and 3.93 for Antalyaspor win. I think odds favoring Trabzonspor is bit exeggarated. Trabzonspor nearly all new transfers are injured. Antalyaspor lost their best striker but defence line and midfield structure is nearly same. As weather is hot and players are not ready, draw is very very possible in this match.

I'm also looking forward to this match. I think it will be a low tempo match because it's the first match of the season, so I don't think it will be an enjoyable match. I don't think Trabzonspor's squad is at the level to fight for the championship. I think they will disappoint their fans this season as well. But I don't want to have a definite opinion without watching this match. That's why I want to watch this match. My only positive comment about Antalyaspor would be Nuri Şahin. He broke many club records at Antalyaspor. He has limited opportunities but he is doing wonders.

Trabzonspor after a dissapointing last season will try and make better results this season. They are the favorites in this match but i dont like the first round because anything can happen so will just bet on Over 2.5 goals because i think we will see a very good opening to the league.

Fenerbahce have reached an agreement for Fred finally. After having medical tests he is expected to sign for them officially.

It is really interesting. Galatasaray have been after him for a long time. They made an official offer for him as well. It was like they were going to sign him most probably. But Fenerbahce suddenly intervened by a better offer and stole him from their hands. It is like a retaliation by Fenerbahce to Galatasaray after losing Zaha to them. In addition to Fred transfer Cengiz Under is also expected to join them soon. Fenerbahce have also started to become very active in the market these days.

The early games of most leagues do not really matter, because teams do not show their true talents right away with the first whistle. It requires a bit of time before most teams get better.

There are few reasons for that, first of all it's the fact that most players did take a break and haven't had a proper 90 minute game, they trained a bit, but also they had a huge break, usually as long as 3-4 weeks break, and then a bit of training and friendly but you can rest during friendly games and nobody cares. Whereas, at the start it's going to be like full on attack mode if you rest, hence you need to be careful. Also there has been transfers, players gone and players came, so there will be some adjustment period for that as well.

Same actually can be said about Antalyaspor. Both teams are obviously even worse than last season. In this current economy, it might be understandable. There was almost only one real position to score, other than that it was a slow game. Sad thing is, Antalyaspor is getting bad instead of getting good. They are trying new things with their young coach.

I was sadly proven wrong as Trabzonspor won the match with just 1 goal. But still pretty sure many gamblers hit correct bets with this match as Antalyaspor's new striker is probably having adaption problems. Trabzonspor didn't play well. Especially after 55-60 minutes Trabzonspor's performance was drastically lowered. Trabzonspor is definitely not looking good competitor to big 3 teams to win title. Trabzon's bench is pretty below average even. Antalyaspor probably become middle rank team again tho.

Trabzonspor opened the match early and when i saw 1-0 in 8th minute i was thinking it was gonna be a goal fest but ended up just staying like that. There were too many goal chances but they just cannot score. Wierd from so many chances that the results stays the same.

Galatasaray have started the season early because of the Champions League qualifiers. They are supposed to be much readier than Kayserispor to this season. I wonder whether Okan Buruk will prefer Bakambu in the starting eleven again. I would like to see Icardi instead as soon as possible. I expect Galatasaray to win today.

The move is a good one for him because he was already a second team player and the signing of Mason Mount would only make things worse for him. Heard so much about Fred when he was at Shakter Dotnesk but when he came to Manchester United he didn't leave up to expectations. I would say he didn't have a fantastic time at United, though he did step up at times when you least expected. It's a new league, it's a fresh start and a new challenge and I wish him the best of luck.

Great games today in the Turkish super lig, the Turkish champion would be hoping to defend their title in the new season and starting the campaign with a win would be a good start. The game most football enthusiasts would definitely be looking at is the Kayserispor vs Galatasaray game, it's too bad new signings like Zaha and Zaniolo are on the sidelines because of injuries but Galatasaray still have a very good squad and I'm predicting an away win.

As of yesterday, the Super League started.The first match of the season started with Trabzonspor-Antalyaspor.Trabzonspor won the first match with a goal in the first minutes of the match and started the league with 3 points.If we look at the overall match, it was a match in which both teams found plenty of positions and both teams wanted to keep the ball at their feet.Trabzonspor won with the advantage of playing at home.
Today, Galatasaray is the only one of the big 3 to play. Galatasaray will start the season away to Kayserispor and a win is expected to start the season well. I think Galatasaray will win with plenty of goals if there is no setback.

Federico Bernardeschi transfer claim was put forward for Beşiktaş. Probably they think of him as right wing because Ghezzal's chronic injuries are endless. I think this transfer would be very wrong because Bernardeschi's goal and assist statistics are incredibly low. The winger who will come to Beşiktaş should be able to both score and assist. Otherwise, the bee that doesn't make honey has no place in the team.
When Bernardeschi was transferred to Juventus for 40 million Euro, there were high hopes for him, but he always fell short of expectations. He didn't play badly in Canada last season, but he doesn't seem to be at Beşiktaş level.

Yeah, this is going to be good signing for the Fenerbahçe, and they could be much better for the staying at the top of league table with most chances he is going to miss his first match with medical and other details are not announces but still it's good move for the Turkish side.

Galatasaray is going to start their campaign in next few hours against Kayserispor even their start of this season is impressive, and they are having good wins in Champions League qualifying games with two wins and one draw and their winning streak is also six in Super League as they were ended their last campaign with the win of the title. Even their few new signings are not joining them in this first match, but things are looking good, and they have clear chance for the good start hopefully we will have won for them even in their last two visits they were not able to won here.

It's a money issue and looking at how the big clubs have a lot more money and  they are playing with a lot better results, we could say that catching up to the top doesn't really need to be the priority at this moment. They have 4 teams going to Europe, 3 of them are at the conference league, and if they do well this season that means they could end up with a good result afterwards as well.

They are back at top 10 if I am not wrong (need to check this again to make sure) and I would say that even 9th is possible as well by the looks of it. This would mean that if Trabzonsport ends up with being top 4, then they could end up going to Europe and have a better return financially and do great job as well for sure.
